Job Overview

As a Personal Stylist, also known as MyStylist, your focus is to exceed performance metrics with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive enterprise-wide cross selling to deliver sales goals and achieve sales growth. You will also embrace innovation, new selling ideas, and applications. Your role is to provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through expertise in lifestyle selling, in-store and virtual selling and service by leveraging technology. Personal Stylists are expected to expand their customer base by developing key relationships with vendor partners, store leadership, peers, and their local community. This position also focuses on new customer acquisition, building and maintaining strong client relationships through clienteling, and building a social media presence.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. What You Will Do

  • Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online
  • Drive customer acquisition through networking opportunities, leverage social media to seek online and in-store traffic, and create and execute a compelling online presence to form awareness and promote the services and experiences you offer
  • Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental sales.
  • Leverage selling tools and resources to increase annual spend and repeat client visit rates through ongoing outreach and correspondence; invite customers to virtual and/or in-person appointments; promote goods, looks, and products that are relevant to your customer.
  • Make data driven decisions that will drive growth and understand your local market and customer base.
  • Meet with the Store Manager on a regular basis to inform them of your performance, goals and actions.
  • Complete Daily and weekly tasks include checking emails, appointment booking upkeep, customer follow-up, content development and posts, and other duties as assigned.
  • Attend Vendor trainings and development workshops as assigned.
  • Share your knowledge and support peers in growing their skillset while continuously developing yours
  • Regularly participate in store leadership meetings and visits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment in alignment with our company standards and guidelines.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Who You Are

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
  • Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience or familiarity with a variety of lifestyles, business segments and social media platforms while displaying credibility to interact with broad customer base.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

  • Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs

How You'll Contribute:



This remote based Associate Legal Counsel position provides accurate and timely counsel to our sales and operations organizations to address and resolve legal issues, supporting commercial transactions and customer management. The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with complex matters while operating in a fast-paced environment, providing effective and practical counsel on a variety of commercial transactional legal matters.



What You'll Do:





  • The job responsibilities of the Associate Legal Counsel include:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including domestic and international product and services agreements, vendor/dealer agreements, and strategic relationship agreements.

  • Provide legal advice on intellectual property issues, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams providing contract interpretation and support understanding and addressing legal and business concerns associated with commercial transactions.

  • Execute and maintain the company's business and contractor licenses, ensuring compliance and tracking renewals when and if needed as a backup on this task.

How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.



The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.

  • Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.

  • Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.

  • Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.

  • SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.

  • Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.

  • Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.

  • Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.

  • Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.

  • Contract Management for Internal Diversified Coordination & Deliverables.

  • Risk Management and Issue tracking.



Physical Working Environment/Location:





  • On Site, Office - San Fransico or NY

  • Role requires the ability to move 50-75lbs of equipment as needed.

The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. How You'll Contribute:




The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.



Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.



What You'll Do:





  • Perform structured cabling installation: pull, terminate, label, and dress cables per project documentation and standards.

  • Complete physical installation and wiring of AV devices (displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, control interfaces, etc.).

  • Assemble, populate, and dress equipment racks with a high degree of workmanship and adherence to design documents.

  • Solder and terminate connectors according to project specifications and accepted industry practices.

  • Execute light physical construction tasks as required (e.g., blocking, mounting surfaces, hardware installation).

  • Follow Diversified's installation procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols with minimal deviation.

Complexity:




This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.




Decision Making Authority:




This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

Physical Demands:




The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.




Travel:




Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

How You'll Contribute:



The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

LSC seeks an attorney to represent children in immigration proceedings. Our immigration clients are primarily monolingual Spanish speakers and also include Central American and Mexican indigenous youth as well as youth of African descent. Founded in 1975, Legal Services for Children ("LSC") is one of the country's first non-profit law firms dedicated to providing free legal representation and social work services to children.
