The Test Equipment Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a test system for all Raytheon products. These core activities may be performed for both lab engineering and factory production test systems. The candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible for helping to maintain the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned projects. What You Will Do:
• Design, development, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment in multidiscipline engineering teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

About the Role
Join our implementation team as an Engineering Project Manager to drive delivery of utility scale SCADA systems. You will coordinate with our design teams, software engineers, contractors, regulators, and clients to manage a portfolio of 5-10 large scale 50MW and above solar and battery storage projects. You will collaborate across the organization with our technology, engineering, and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Technical understanding of SCADA deliverables to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Developing and managing all aspects of a project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery team
- Engage with the internal and external stakeholders in the development of a project plan
- Manage communication among internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutions
- Actively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedules
- Create change orders for additional or out-of-scope work
- Track and report on project portfolio performance

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management and Analytics
Detailed performance review of the operating portfolio of grid connected or behind-the-meter investments, including various aspects of production, revenue, and operating expenses. Manage dataflows from investments and map them into internal database. Build and manage financial models, including underlying project operating proformas, to analyze economics and review risks. Job Purpose
The Engineering Manager supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of the engineering staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to property standards. The Manager schedules the work and sets the priorities of the employees of the engineering department in collaboration with the Director of Engineering. In addition, the Manager makes decisions in the absence of Director of Engineering and Assistant Director and act as the backup for emergency calls.

Responsibilities:
- New Product Development Projects - Assist Product Development Managers by managing documentation and new food product demonstrations across multiple categories. Receive, log, label, and store food product sample submissions. Maintain inventory management system of product samples.
- Plan set-up, clean-up, and assist with product evaluations/cuttings, as assigned, and participate in cuttings and evaluate the organoleptic quality of products, as required. Create and distribute demonstration reports to cross-functional team.
- Execute product sample testing, as appropriate per category (ex: pH, viscosity, texture analyzer, etc.). Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
- Finished Product Specifications - Create, update, review and manage product files for finished product specifications in internal specifications database system, including NLEA and ingredient statements, based on input and collaboration with supervisor, supplier, and cross-functional team members, as appropriate. Route specifications for approval.
- Experience/Qualification:At least 7-9 years’ experience in a lab, manufacturing, or production facility plus the education listed above.
