The Role We Want You For

The MEP Project Manager role is to provide quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing design, bidding, and construction for Clayco projects. This includes development of MEP scope documents, MEP bid package development at very early stages of scope development, and subcontractor negotiations. This role also provides document review / leadership to design team and clients, responds to scope modification evaluations during construction, and is the sounding board between original scope and field scope. The Specifics of the Role

  • Plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
  • Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
  • Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
  • Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
  • Assist in the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
  • Assist in Quality Control process of the installation of MEP work.
  • Work with Project management team to direct, monitor and oversee the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
  • Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Liaison with Consultant MEP Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff.
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in the field or building mechanical/electrical commissioning experience.
  • Have commissioning experience or certification of ASHRAE or BCA (University of Wisconsin Extension).
  • Know plumbing and fire protection field and Commissioning requirements through experience and supplemental training courses.
  • Know electrical systems basics and have a good working knowledge of NEC for field reviews and Commissioning requirements/testing.
  • Solid/strong working knowledge/experience/background of control systems, BACNet, Tridium networks, and overall “systems” functional testing sequences, steps, procedures, and integration.
  • Knowledge of air and water testing/adjusting/balancing procedures and expectations.
  • Strong knowledge in fire alarm systems and integration.
  • Working knowledge of architectural, structural, civil documents to understand how the mechanical/electrical systems are integrated into the building.
  • Good understanding of Specifications Divisions and where to go in the various sections in coordinating responsibilities and various testing and documentation requirements of the project.
  • Understanding of the many common Codes for Building, Plumbing, NFPA (fire, electrical, etc.), Mechanical, and Life Safety.
  • Strong working knowledge relationship with computers, laptops, iPad type instruments, Microsoft Office, various M/E industry “Apps”.
  • Comfortable using common field-testing equipment such as infrared cameras, light meters, IAQ meters, etc.

Role Description

The Energy Engineer plays a key role in developing innovative energy conservation measures and demand‑side management strategies for buildings and facilities. Summary/Objective:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist prepares, administers and measures radioactive isotopes in diagnostic cardiac studies using a variety of radioisotope equipment. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for preparing stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculating doses to be administered by cardiologists.

Essential Functions:

  • Administers radiopharmaceuticals intravenously to detect or treat cardiac related diseases, using radioisotope equipment, under direction of a cardiologist.
  • Calculates, measures and records radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed, using computer and following physician’s prescription.
  • Ensures and maintains quality control in regard to patient care and equipment usage.
  • Performs quality control checks on laboratory equipment, meters, and/or cameras, log into system, follow appropriate procedures for addressing and documenting issues.
  • Maintains and calibrates radioisotope and laboratory equipment; send out for calibration as needed
  • Disposes of radioactive materials and stores radiopharmaceuticals, following radiation safety procedures.
  • Processes cardiac function studies, using computer.
  • Prepares radiopharmaceuticals, adhering to safety standards that minimize radiation exposure to workers and patients.
  • Records and processes results of procedures.
  • Explains test procedures and safety precautions to patients and provide them with assistance during test procedures.
  • Complete system/document backup at end of each scan day
  • Document monthly supply inventory and submit to Corporate
  • Meet with RSO quarterly
  • Inventory and submit supply lists in a timely manner
  • Communicates all issues to provider, Supervisor, and Corporate Office

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine from an approved program
  • Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and state certification, as applicable; applicable certification is required and must be maintained
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and must be maintained
  • Nuclear Cardiology experience preferred
  • Recent graduates welcome

About the Role



The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team and management. Technicians will travel to commercial job sites, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently for our clients.



Responsibilities



  • Diagnostics and repair of HVAC/R equipment.
  • Installation of both soft ACR copper and ACR copper refrigerant piping using nitrogen purge and brazing techniques.
  • Perform low voltage wiring, controls wiring, final tie-in’s and terminations.
  • Perform start up and repair of roof top equipment, make up air units, exhaust fans, energy recovery ventilators (ERV’s), unit heaters, variable air volume terminals (VAV’s), zone dampers, furnaces, fan coil units, condensers and refrigeration equipment (walk in coolers/freezers).
  • Technician is expected to be in the on-call rotation for emergencies.

  • Valid CO Driver's License – No DUI/Suspensions for previous five (5) years
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • 3 – 5 years HVAC service/installation experience preferred

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Network Specialist/Manager to take ownership of our extensive Operations Technology (OT) LAN/WAN in collaboration with their corporate IT department. This is a critical role responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and security of a complex network infrastructure connecting more than 50 large building operations locations and more than 6000 devices.


The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in managing large, diverse, networks and experience supervising and directing the building operations technology contractors which have devices connected.


This position is onsite 4 days a week in NYC.


Key Responsibilities

Network Oversight & Management:

  • Take ownership of the integrity and security of a large-scale OT WAN encompassing more than 6,000 diverse endpoints.
  • Execute the management and security policies of our CIO and expert team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Review and advise on our Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and access points, utilizing the Meraki dashboard for centralized configuration and monitoring.

OT Infrastructure Support:

  • Provide direction and support for 50+ vendors and their devices critical to building operations as they connect to the OT network, including:
  • Building Management System (BMS) controllers and servers
  • Energy meters and monitoring systems
  • Security cameras, recorders and access control systems
  • Lighting controls
  • Elevator destination dispatch systems
  • User workstations and viewing stations that interact with the equipment

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

  • Implement, monitor, and manage a robust security stack to protect the network and sensitive OT data.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience in a diverse, complex network environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of focused experience managing large, independent networks connecting building operations via a WAN (OT focus).
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in Meraki network infrastructure and dashboard management is mandatory.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the specified cybersecurity, Windows security and device inventory tools (WSUS, Forescout, Blackpoint, ThreatLocker, Altiris, or equivalent industry-leading platforms).
