  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Possess a current valid driver's license
  • Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.

The Production Supervisor will work to naturalize and propagate a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture on the production floor by coaching and facilitating the use of the CI toolsets and standard processes to production employees. Responsible for leveraging team-based problem-solving techniques (e.g., Production floor gembas, 5S, root cause, etc.) to investigate, analyze, identify, and mitigate causes of performance gaps on the production line. Responsible for building associate capability and proficiency in operating and maintaining line equipment with the objective of instilling a sense of "machine ownership" in each associate that will be the foundation of the CI initiative. The Supervisor will be accountable for ensuring that production line associates complete the required training matrix for (his/her) line and machine in a specified time determined by plant management. The Supervisor must be energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in leading teams, maintaining a sense of urgency in "Making Success Routine" on the production floor, and building the case for CI initiatives focused on enhancing the stability and reliability of the production line.

  • Facilitate daily start up, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.

Physical Activity / Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in various locations inside and outside the Plant. Equipment used includes various pumps, valves, piping, hose, tanks, machinery, computers and associated software, control panel, forklifts, hand tools, copy machine, label makers and any equipment identified in the role. Personal protective equipment includes safety glasses, slip resistant/safety shoes and hearing protection.
