This role will contribute to New Product Introductions (NPIs), technical transfers, system upgrades (including Chromeleon), and documentation updates.

This position is hands-on and execution focused.

The engineer will work closely with Operations, Quality, R&D, and IT to ensure projects are completed on time and manufacturing documentation and systems remain accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities: Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and technical transfer activities into manufacturing.

Assist with system-related projects, including Chromeleon upgrades, documentation updates, and validation support.

Author and revise SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, and other manufacturing documentation.

Support change control activities, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Track project tasks, action items, and timelines to ensure on-time execution.

Analyze production or system data using Excel or similar tools to support issue resolution and process improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical or process-related issues.

Ensure work aligns with site quality systems and documentation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

1–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Experience supporting documentation updates and change control processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data analysis.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to NPI or tech transfer activities.

Experience working in a regulated or quality-driven environment.
