Quad, located in Westampton, NJ is looking for a full time Recycling Technician. In this role, you will ensure the effective operation and processing of recycling materials through use of shredding/baling and trim baling systems. This is done through staging and grading of recyclables, system start-up/shut-down/operation and processing of paper, plastic and metal graded materials. Pay range is $16.15-$22.60, Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, load and unload materials through lifting and/or Power Industrial Vehicles
Operate recycling machinery to effectively process materials
Sort and assign appropriate recycling grade to materials
Create and maintain all records for outbound shipment in appropriate systems and/or hardcopies
Identify and resolve general maintenance items and escalate as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery
Actively participate and follow all Safety and Lean regulations, policies and initiatives. Including performing daily maintenance inspections as required and report any issues of concern to the appropriate leader
All other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Quad Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification (Forklift, Clamp Truck, Tugger) as necessary for the area/plant needs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to operate necessary recycling equipment
Good organizational and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision
Ability to effectively and professional communicate both verbally and written
Proficient knowledge of departmental programs, applications and computer operating systems

ResponsibilitiesAn SP+ Shuttle Driver DOT will be responsible for the proper and safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers, making sure passengers get to their destination in an efficient, safe, and seamless manner.
What you'll do

- Performing vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness of bus interiors, fueling of buses, logging trip counts and assisting disabled passengers.

- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license to be carried with driver, at all times, while on duty.
- Have and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
- Substitute for Cashiers or Valets, when necessary, if authorized.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience.
- Assisting customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable (e.g. operating shuttle buses at an airport location).
- Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure the website reflects the Shyne Jewelers luxury brand while maximizing sales and efficiency.
- Own, manage, and optimize the Shopify website with a focus on speed, usability, conversion rate, and mobile performance
- Improve site structure, navigation, product pages, and checkout flow to enhance the customer journey
- Manage product listings, collections, pricing, and merchandising to align with sales and brand strategy
- Implement and optimize Shopify apps, integrations, and custom features as needed
- Monitor site performance, conversion metrics, and sales data; provide actionable insights and reports
- Optimize SEO, on-site search, and product discoverability within Shopify
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, email campaigns, and product launches
- Oversee inventory accuracy and product availability across the Shopify platform

About the Role:
Customer Success Managers are responsible for maximizing digital implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of Wiley's digital solutions. Working closely with their DLE or Account Manager, the Customer Success Managers bring their expertise to provide a range of services to customers including developing successful course implementation solutions, training, course fulfillment/setup, monitoring course usage, and trends, and driving digital conversions and account expansions. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconfirming and retaining current customers while expanding digital usage at installed base accounts.
Responsible for assisting faculty in implementing and integrating Wiley's digital solutions.
Consult with instructors on implementation and curriculum design. Execute individual and departmental training plans.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
Previous customer service, sales support and tech product support exposure
Able to lead effective presentations to internal and external customers, in both large groups and one-on-one settings.
User experience knowledge with a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
