About the Role

Aโ€‘Sโ€‘H (Allenโ€‘Shermanโ€‘Hoff), part of the ANDRITZ Group, is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead strategic proposal development across engineeredโ€‘equipment and materialโ€‘handling opportunities.

In this highโ€‘impact role, youโ€™ll collaborate across engineering, estimating, sales, supply chain, and business development to develop winโ€‘ready, bestโ€‘inโ€‘class proposal packages that reflect our commitment to engineering excellence.


What You Will Do

Lead Proposal Strategy

  • Analyze RFPs and develop compliant, competitive, and compelling proposal responses.
  • Interpret customer specifications; prepare clarifications/exceptions to protect Aโ€‘Sโ€‘Hโ€™s commercial position.
  • Align proposal content with our employerโ€‘brand purpose: Together, we create whatโ€™s next.

Coordinate Crossโ€‘Functional Inputs

  • Lead proposal planning and coordination across technical and commercial teams.
  • Facilitate strategy meetings, pricing reviews, and leadership approvals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the bid phase.

Deliver Bestโ€‘Inโ€‘Class Proposals

  • Produce scope definitions, schedules, execution plans, pricing summaries, and risk assessments.
  • Develop initial Project Execution Plans and Price Approval Requests.
  • Ensure complete documentation handoff to Project Management upon award.

Enhance Processes & Standards

  • Standardize proposal templates, tools, processes, and content libraries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with SMEs to ensure consistent, highโ€‘quality technical inputs.
  • Mentor junior proposal professionals as needed.


What You Bring

Required

  • Experience preparing proposals for engineeredโ€‘equipment, industrial systems, OEM, EPC, or materialโ€‘handling applications.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and commercial terms.
  • Strong writing skills; able to turn technical content into clear, customerโ€‘centric messaging.
  • Proven success leading crossโ€‘functional deliverables without direct supervisory authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset for pricing, scope definition, and risk assessment.

Preferred

  • Background in ash handling, bulk material handling, conveying systems, or related engineered solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering design teams, supply chain, project managers, or legal/contracts.

Quad is seeking a Flexo Press Operator for our Spartanburg, SC location. We are looking for operators who are flexible and can work the night shift:

4 pm โ€“ 2 am (Mon-Thurs)

Wages start between $19.00 - $25.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and a strong employment history.ย 


Essential Functions of this position include:

  • Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up a flexographic printing press to produce labels and other products to customer specifications. Ensure the machine is adequately stocked with the correct raw materials for each job.ย 
  • Operate Flexographic Press - Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company safety standards and departmental SOPs to produce printed products according to customer specifications. Continually monitor supply levels of inks, paper, and other required materials to add as needed. Make routine adjustments as needed to maintain print quality and correct any issues as soon as possible.
  • Perform Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed. Perform basic maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
  • Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and other required documentation. Perform visual quality checks of the product throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction. Flag bad product for removal from job run. Cut samples from each job and compare them to product standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order. ย

  • Knowledge of the setup and operation of a flexographic printing press,, specifically Mark Andy P5 experience preferred, but will consider those with experience on other models as well.ย

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties




  • Receiving, and incoming materials processing

Minimum Requirements




  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  1. Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
  2. Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
  3. You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  4. When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds.   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and coordinate closely with the ABAP team to ensure successful completion of the enhancement.
  • Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions within IT, with Business and external SMEs
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Oversee master data management for articles, vendors, and purchasing info records.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design for procurement processes.
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout
  • Scope includes working with other SAP and non-SAP systems and support any enhancements and related integrations
  • Drive end-to-end Accounts Payable process optimization, including invoice receipt, three-way matching, exception handling, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve AP discrepancies, automate workflows, and improve vendor payment cycles.


Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP MM experience, with 3+ years in retail procurement.
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain, store replenishment, and procurement cycles.
  • Experience with a focus on Supply Chain / Procure to Pay, WMS and EDI integration, Purchasing in Retail Industry
  • Experience with SAP IS-Retail (Article Master, Site Master, Listing, Pricing)
  • Experience with cross-functional Integration with Sales & Distribution / Order to Cash, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Accounts Payable processes strongly preferred
  • Experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Management) is a plus
