About the Role

A‑S‑H (Allen‑Sherman‑Hoff), part of the ANDRITZ Group, is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead strategic proposal development across engineered‑equipment and material‑handling opportunities.

What You Will Do

Lead Proposal Strategy

• Analyze RFPs and develop compliant, competitive, and compelling proposal responses.
• Interpret customer specifications; prepare clarifications/exceptions to protect A‑S‑H’s commercial position.

Coordinate Cross‑Functional Inputs

• Produce scope definitions, schedules, execution plans, pricing summaries, and risk assessments.

Enhance Processes & Standards

• Standardize proposal templates, tools, processes, and content libraries.
• Maintain strong relationships with SMEs to ensure consistent, high‑quality technical inputs.
• Mentor junior proposal professionals as needed.

What You Bring

Required

• Experience preparing proposals for engineered‑equipment, industrial systems, OEM, EPC, or material‑handling applications.
• Comfortable interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and commercial terms.
• Strong writing skills; able to turn technical content into clear, customer‑centric messaging.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional deliverables without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong analytical mindset for pricing, scope definition, and risk assessment.

Preferred

• Background in ash handling, bulk material handling, conveying systems, or related engineered solutions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering design teams, supply chain, project managers, or legal/contracts.

Quad is seeking a Flexo Press Operator for our Spartanburg, SC location. We are looking for operators who are flexible and can work the night shift:

4 pm – 2 am (Mon-Thurs)

Wages start between $19.00 - $25.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and a strong employment history. 

Essential Functions of this position include:

• Prepare for Operation - Access job ticket information and set up a flexographic printing press to produce labels and other products to customer specifications. Ensure the machine is adequately stocked with the correct raw materials for each job. 
• Operate Flexographic Press - Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company safety standards and departmental SOPs to produce printed products according to customer specifications. Continually monitor supply levels of inks, paper, and other required materials to add as needed. Make routine adjustments as needed to maintain print quality and correct any issues as soon as possible.
• Perform Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed. Perform basic maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
• Perform Quality Checks - Complete quality checklist(s) and other required documentation. Perform visual quality checks of the product throughout the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction. Flag bad product for removal from job run. Cut samples from each job and compare them to product standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all products from the line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include:

• Knowledge of the setup and operation of a flexographic printing press,, specifically Mark Andy P5 experience preferred, but will consider those with experience on other models as well. 
• Mechanical aptitude and skills to perform troubleshooting and maintenance.

CentroMotion is looking to hire a Sr. Sourcing Specialist that will support in the development and implementation of commodity / supply chain activities that significantly contributes to year over year sales growth and operational improvement through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) sourcing process. Primary responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and executing sourcing activities and projects which solve problems and improve supply chain metrics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Part of the global sourcing team supporting the sourcing of cluster of indirect procurement categories at a global and regional level, including: MRO, factory materials, goods and services, capital equipment, utilities, professional services, etc..

· Supports new supplier development and leads cost reduction and CapEx purchasing projects across the categories assigned at a global and regional level.

· Serves as an extension of the core team that implements best practice standardization in terms of sourcing processes, procurement market strategies, supplier strategies and risk mitigation.

· Maintains subject matter understanding specific to assigned categories: procurement market, commodity markets, cost driver and risk mitigation.

· Supports Strategic Sourcing Managers to source products and services, assist supplier audits, negotiate tooling and pricing, write contracts, perform value analysis to ensure supplier contract and timeline compliance.

· Assist in improving supplier performance metrics and scorecards.

· Working within the category cluster/team, this role is responsible for executing projects, analysis, and necessary tasks to deliver the team’s sourcing strategy to key stakeholders that includes engineering, sales, operations, quality etc.

· Lead assigned analysis, projects, and execute actions in order to make improvements in total cost including terms, freight, unit cost, quality improvement and inventory reduction.

· Analyze and report on global commodity indexes and macro-environment trends to ensure uninterrupted flow of product at current or better cost.

· Visit suppliers for continuous improvement and project execution in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
• CPIM and or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage

3. You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
4. When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
5. Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
6. Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed

Experience:
