Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Materials Handler to work with our client, an American company that manufactures electronic test and measurement equipment and software. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Description:
  • Prepare and ship items using the appropriate shipping method, select appropriate shipping container, pack items for safe delivery
  • Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
  • Maintains compliance with all state, federal, and international import and export requirements
  • Receives and unloads incoming materials and uses available tools to verify accuracy of shipments
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received
  • Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel
  • Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items
  • Traces lost shipments and/or file claims for lost or damaged items
  • Perform administrative functions such as maintaining department databases, prepare routine reports, file shipping and receiving records
  • May operate material handling equipment that could include forklift, electric pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, carousels, walkie-stackers, order pickers as needed
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, written work instructions, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards
  • Performs miscellaneous logistics related administrative duties as assigned
  • May provide on the job training and guidance as needed
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, without assistance

Requirements:
  • Previous material handling experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle WMS, TA-15, and logistic carrier databases preferred
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Demonstrates effective listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Demonstrated success in a diverse, team-oriented work environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with operation of material handling equipment preferred
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Experience with MS Suite of applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strategic Sourcing & Category Performance

  • Develop and execute data‐driven sourcing strategies for resale product categories to improve cost structure, mitigate risk, and enhance supplier value.
  • Build and maintain robust should‐cost models to guide negotiations, evaluate pricing proposals, and support long‐term cost optimization.
  • Deliver year‐over‐year cost savings through structured negotiations, supplier workshops, competitive bidding, value engineering, and supply‐base rationalization.
  • Monitor and report category performance using monthly scorecards, KPIs, and executive‐level updates.

Project & Supplier Management

  • Lead multi‐functional project teams—spanning R&D, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Quality—to qualify new suppliers, onboard new products, and support product innovation initiatives.
  • Drive supplier development programs to enhance supplier capabilities, improve quality, and ensure long‐term alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage contracts across the resale category, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and timely renewals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline supply chain operations and eliminate inefficiencies.

Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for internal stakeholders across facilities, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
  • Partner with R&D and Product Managers to evaluate alternative materials, support new product development, and enable sustainable sourcing decisions.

Risk Management & Supply Continuity

  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of resale products to facilities by proactively identifying risks, developing contingency plans, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Conduct root‐cause analyses for supply disruptions and lead corrective‐action initiatives in partnership with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related experience, 3 of which should be experience sourcing with a major organization.
  • CPSM certification desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with should‐cost modeling and cost‐analysis techniques.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, working knowledge of contract development, contract law.
  • Working knowledge of commodity management principles and e‐sourcing tools.
  • Experience with SAP/similar ERP system; proficient: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Army.

It is considered the second most popular CONUS duty station, after Fort Lewis, Washingto n , and adopted "Best Hometown in the Army " as its motto in 2007.

Base population is estimated around 14,000.

Position Overview: SUMMARY The neurologist will be responsible for a wide range of medical duties covering adult neurology with emphasis on neurophysiologic testing and interpretation and evaluation of patients with neuromuscular disorders.

Examines patients, orders and evaluates the full range of neurophysiology, radiology and laboratory tests, makes diagnosis and prescribes appropriate treatment to include drugs, plasmapheresis, nursing and dietary care, and ancillary therapies.

The neurologist might also evaluate and treat patients with multiple complicated problems who were screened and referred by the Emergency Room for urgent or emergent neurologic issues.

The neurologist shall meet or exceed reasonable standards of professional practice for the health care concerned as determined by the authority that governs military medical professionals in the same disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY Assist patient access to medical care by recommending appropriate referrals to other health care providers Provide consultation and medical supervision to other health care providers (nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, medical students, interns, residents, and fellows).

Serves as an occasional consultation service for patients admitted to the hospital.

Provides chart review for quality assurance purposes in the area of neurology if requested on an occasional basis.

May implement clinical or laboratory research, or deliver medical supervision to house staff performing research.

Confirm that drugs are stored properly and that adequate records are maintained, to include records of controlled substances classified as such by the Controlled Substance Act (Title II of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970), and/or those designated by the MEDCEN commander as locally controlled drugs.

Store, secure, and dispense or dispose of drugs in accordance with standards and state requirements.

Formulate all records and reports as may be required in support of services rendered Achieves other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION Minimum Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) who has completed an internship and residency in an accredited Neurology Training Program and is board certified or board eligible in Neurology.

Licensed as a Neurologist with a current valid, full and unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the United States, and the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S.

Virgin Islands.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of two years' experience having been continuously employed in the practice of Neurology or in training for the two years prior Certifications: BLS

The outpatient clinics will consist of both in-person and virtual clinics.

The neurologist will see inpatient neurology consults.

The neurologist will take calls from the ED as needed.

The neurologist will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of neurologic care delivered to their assigned patients.
