What you’ll be doing:
As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following five areas:
Order Picker: You will pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. At times you will be picking above ground level while adhering to safety procedures.
Restocker: You will scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep your work area for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures.
Bulk Selector: You will be responsible for selecting product, pulling, and packing totes, as well as cutting cases of merchandise and/or stocking product. You will move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.
Custodian: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility. In this role, you will clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, and remove spots from carpet, sweep and mop floors, clean and dust chairs, partition walls and other miscellaneous furniture, clean windows and brass and collect and remove trash from the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
Shipping: You will be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You will be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace while adhering to safety procedures.
Please note, as an SC1 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles as needed.

You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. What you’ll be doing:
· Manage Asset Protection initiatives and programs in Supply Chain locations related to inventory loss, theft, and fraud.
· Ensure appropriate internal risk controls are in place through the application of programs including data analysis, audits, training, and investigations.
· Manage the Asset Protection Associate teams responsible for front line security in FCs and other locations including, hiring, training, evaluating, and making discipline decisions.
· Oversee investigations, interviews, and incident management system (case disposition, prosecution, restitution, etc.)
· Manage first responder and critical response programs.
· Implement programs designed to improve overall safe working conditions for the associates and reduce worker’s compensation costs.
· Work with Risk Management to analyze accident data and develop corrective action strategies.
· Manage workplace violence mitigation programs.
· Manage the WC claims process, in the field, and ensures compliance to the Return-to-Work efforts.
· Manage programs related to Physical Security including security systems (CCTV, Access Control, burglar alarm protection) and the C-TPAT program.
· Supervise the operation of contractual security guard services.
· Travel expectation up to 50%
What you bring to the table:
· Strong interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to ensure compliance to safety regulatory compliance, and training.
· Ability to apply best practices, standards, and processes to achieve effective system operations, efficiencies, and savings.
· Understanding of physical security processes, access control, CCTV systems, emergency and critical response procedures, and safety and awareness programs.

The Inside Account Executive - GPO works with small to mid-sized inside accounts to grow and retain their business. Inside Account Executives (IAE) engage customers remotely by phone, video, and digital communication to retain and expand sales into new lines of business as well as facilitating introductions to our category experts for more complex business needs. This role is part of a team and does not have assigned accounts.
It is a high velocity sales position that leverages a prioritized call list to engage and sell to contacts across the entire standard and low touch customer segment. The goal of a retention representative is to build strong relationships with existing customers, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure they remain loyal and continue to do business with the company. Retaining customers can be crucial for long-term business success and profitability.
This is a ONSITE role with a FOUR day (Mon-Thurs) in-office expectation at our Lewisville, TX office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leverage various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams
- Use Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and close/win opportunities.
- Influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate a seamless customer experience
- Maintain and grow revenue by consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics - outbound dials, sell time, live contacts, and created opportunities
- Manage sales funnel to close opportunities
- Implement strategies to retain at-risk customers or those considering canceling their subscriptions
- Engage with customers to uncover and win new opportunities and discuss promotions and/or campaigns
- Keeping customers engaged with the company through regular check-ins, follow-up calls, or personalized interactions
- Gathering feedback from customers about their experiences, needs, and preferences and conveying this information to relevant departments within the company for improvement
- Identifying and resolving customer problems, complaints, or inquiries, and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions
- Providing customers with information about new features, upgrades, or offerings that may be of interest to them and explaining how these additions can benefit them

Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Warehouse Porter: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Replenishment: You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: You will confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages. You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues. You will be manually unloading trucks and palletizing products. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

Work Location: This is a remote position with a regional focus. This position supports customers in Westchester and Hudson Valley, New York and Western, CT. While the role primarily supports working from home, the individual performing this role would live within or adjacent to this region.
The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
