Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing system for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications

Overview
We are looking for a technically strong, business-minded developer to design, build, and maintain internal applications and automations that improve how our teamβs work. This role supports business processes, data, and technology and plays a key role in modernizing workflows across the organization. This role is suited for a strong mid-level to senior developer who can work independently while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.
While Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are core tools today, this role goes beyond low-code development. The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in application design, data flow, and user experience, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions that can grow with business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies.
- Develop business logic and workflow automation using Power Automate, integrating with internal and external data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership across multiple departments to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Design secure, role-based solutions with appropriate permissions, governance controls, and environmental strategies following Power Platform ALM best practices.
- Ensure applications are well-structured with clean data flow, clear separation of logic, and thoughtful handling of edge cases and exceptions.
- Monitor, enhance, and support existing applications and automations to improve reliability, performance, and user adoption over time.
- Produce clear and thorough documentation covering business requirements, technical design, data structures, workflows, and known constraints.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, end-to-end applications using Power Apps.

DEPLOY has been retained to find a Reporting & Data Architect Lead combines advanced reporting development with enterprise-level data governance and architectural leadership. In this role, you will own our client's enterprise reporting platformβdesigning robust Power BI solutions, managing shared data models, and ensuring the reporting environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
You will also own our client's enterprise reporting standards and governance framework, ensuring reporting across all departments is consistent, trusted, and aligned with best practices. This includes defining reporting conventions, reviewing changes, onboarding departmental report creators, and stewarding enterprise reporting assets such as certified datasets and endorsed reports.
At the enterprise level, you will architect our client's data frameworkβdefining how data is structured, named, documented, and shared across ERP, operational, manufacturing, and corporate systems. Enterprise Reporting (Hands-On Development)

- Own our client's enterprise reporting standards framework, covering naming conventions, modeling patterns, documentation practices, lifecycle management, visual design standards, and change control.
- Govern reporting development and deployment across the organization to ensure consistency and prevent duplicate or conflicting models.
- Review and approve reporting change requests, data model modifications, and access requests.
- Lead documentation and enablement for departmental report creators through training, guidance, and structured onboarding.
- Provide strategic direction around reporting maturity, sustainability, and enterprise alignment.
Enterprise Data Architecture
- Design and maintain our client's enterprise data architecture framework across ERP, operational, manufacturing, and corporate systems.

Pitch and Proposal Specialist
The Pitch and Proposal Specialist (Specialist) supports the firmβs business development and growth initiatives by contributing to the development of timely, high-quality and competitive pitches and proposals. This role works closely with attorneys and members of the Business Development and Practice Support teams to develop customized client-facing materials, including pitch books and presentations, responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), highly targeted pitch documents, and representative matter lists.
The Specialist also supports experience management and client intelligence efforts by maintaining accurate matter data, drafting compelling experience descriptions, and assisting in the preparation of research and reporting related to prospective and existing clients. - Work with attorneys and Practice Support team members to gather and verify matter information.
- Support maintenance of client permissions lists and outside general counsel requirements.
- Enter and update proposal content within firm systems, coordinating with the Senior Marketing Technology & Experience Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Client Intelligence
- Conduct research on prospective clients and contacts to support pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare client intelligence summaries and background materials for attorneys and Marketing & Business Development team members in advance of meetings and pursuits.
- Generate and distribute ERM/CRM reports, including client relationship data and contact information, to support business development efforts.
- Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as assigned by the Director of Client Intelligence.
- Serve as project manager for the bi-monthly internal business development newsletter, coordinating content collection, managing production timelines, and overseeing distribution to support internal education.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
