Role Description
The Stranding Operator is responsible for setting up, loading and operating the stranding machine and making necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of the strand meets required specifications. The Stranding Operator is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the stranding machine.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Record set-up information at the start of each order.
- Load in full bobbins with the use of appropriate mechanical devices.
- Weld or knot new wire with old wire in the machine from previous order (if applicable).
- Thread machine by pulling wire through guides and stranding heads.
- Secure, install and adjust the proper dies, stranding head, post-former and carboloy rings as required by the order.
- Set the proper lay according to order specifications.
- Twist the new strand together and pick the wires into the proper strand construction.
- Adjust bobbin tension and die pressure at the beginning of the order and as required throughout the entire order.
- Inspect and replace tensioning devices as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on operational needs, process changes, or business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Stranding Operators should possess math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Stranding Operators must have the ability to use and read micrometers, tape measure, feeler gauge, and basic hand tools
- Standing/walking on concrete floors for 12-hour shifts
- Pushing/pulling, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities, schedules, and operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Materials and Equipment Directly Used
- Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes
- Stranding Operators will be required to use JDE TranCollector scan guns to issue and return material from a work order. Scan guns will also be used to record production and print production tags.

This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing system for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications
- Troubleshoot user issues related to Windows, MS Office, VPN, and network connectivity
- Document issues and resolutions in the service desk system, escalating when necessary
- Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and access permissions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset tracking and account provisioning

- Proven problem-solving ability required, including the ability to perform fundamental diagnostic analysis involving the use of basic systems, networking, routing, and technical principles
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with end-users, co-workers, superiors, and others outside the company on a technical and non-technical basis
- Familiarity with IT Help Desk support software
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of producing clear and concise documentation
- Able to carry/move/lift 40 pounds of IT equipment between the sites

- Understanding DcLink best practices and functionality, including tranbuilder, device loader, forms, asynchronous business functions, and function tester

Role Description
The US Training Manager is responsible for designing and leading a structured training and development program for hourly and production team members across U.S. operations. This role focuses on creating a strong 30-60-90 day onboarding experience and building sustainable cross-training programs that improve retention, workforce flexibility, safety, and product quality.
This leader partners closely with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, HR, and Safety to ensure employees are trained, confident, and capable of performing multiple roles that support operational continuity and customer delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
Onboarding Excellence (30-60-90 Day Focus)
- Design and standardize a 30-60-90 day onboarding program for all hourly/production roles
- Ensure new hires receive consistent training on safety, quality, and operational expectations
- Develop onboarding checklists, job training guides, and leader tools
- Partner with site leaders to ensure onboarding is executed with consistency and accountability
- Measure and improve new hire retention and early performance indicators
Cross-Training & Workforce Flexibility
- Develop cross-training matrices for key production roles at each site
- Create structured cross-training pathways that enable workforce flexibility
- Support sites in identifying skill gaps and building bench strength
- Establish certification and skill validation processes for hourly team members
- Partner with operations to reduce single-point dependency on roles
Training Program Development
- Build and maintain role-based training materials and job instruction guides
- Standardize training content while allowing for site-specific needs
- Implement train-the-trainer capability at each site
- Leverage visual, hands-on, and practical training methods appropriate for production teams
Safety, Quality, and Operational Alignment
- Integrate safety and quality expectations into all training programs
- Partner with Safety and Quality leaders to reinforce safe work practices
- Ensure training supports operational KPIs and customer delivery needs
Retention & Engagement
- Use training as a tool to improve retention and employee engagement
- Create development pathways for hourly employees to grow skills and opportunities
- Monitor turnover trends and adjust training approach accordingly
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track training effectiveness through metrics such as:
- 30/60/90 day retention
- Time to proficiency
- Cross-training coverage by role

The Production Operator may work in one of three areas - Spooling, Stranding or Closing, and is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the machines. The Production Operator works under the direct supervision of a Production Supervisor and the technical oversight of the Process Engineering and Quality department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Record set-up information at the start of each order.
- Remove empty bobbins from the previously completed order and load full bundles of wire or bobbins using appropriate lifting devices.
- Weld or knot new wire new supply to trailing end of previous order (if applicable).
