THE TASK AT HAND:ย ย
- Conducting ongoing room inspections to identify repair needsย ย
- Installing or repairing sheet rock and other wall coveringsย
- Painting and painting touch-ups as needed throughout the propertyย
- Installing and repairing basic electrical fixtures, from replacing light switches to swapping lightbulbsย
- Repairing fixtures and furnitureย
- Installing, replacing, and programing televisionsย

The Opportunity
As a Per Diem Float Medical Receptionist, internally known as a Flex Member Support Specialist (Casual), you will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in office providers. Our Flex Member Support Specialists (Casual) support multiple offices in a MSA.

What you'll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Master our technology suite including but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System 1Life, in order to interact with team members and patients and complete daily work

The Construction Project Management Supervisor with the Seaport Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for performing advanced professional and administrative work in managing maintenance projects for the Port Everglades Department. Specifically:
- Oversee water/sewer, stormwater design, construction, and other infrastructure to include regulatory compliance.
- Review as-built drawings, architectural, engineering plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
- Monitor and manage maintenance and capital projects
- Manages and supervises contractors and consultants in their performance and adherence to contract specifications; negotiates construction and consultant contracts, amendments, change orders, and work authorizations.
- Review plans and specifications of projects; proposals, engineering calculations, pay applications, permit packet and invoices.
- Reviews progress of maintenance projects and resolves construction-related issues; negotiates fees and scope with consultants. Signs and seals permit applications and drawings.
- Monitor and escort contractors and consultant throughout the Port to perform their services.
- Keep track of work orders in AIM to update notes, status, and pictures as required.
- Reviews bids for conformance to maintenance & construction specifications; administers and manages consultant and contractor contracts for adherence and performance; assists in the bidding process and contract packet development.
- Holds periodic meetings with contractors and consultants to review work progress and manages all aspects of the project.
- Reviews and approves proposals, invoices and payment requests from contractors and consultants; prepares vendor evaluations at the conclusion of projects. Monitor and oversee contractors goal assignment with OESBD (small business).
- Assists in the preparation of new fiscal year budget requests; carries out special assignments requested by the Division Assistant Director and performs related work as assigned.
- Coordinates with internal supervisor, Port Maintenance Manager, stakeholders, including Port users and County Agencies, i.e., County Attorney, Purchasing Division, Finance, Small Business, Risk Management, Operations, Security, BSO, Fire Rescue, Health Department, Water and Wastewater Department, other county agencies, local agencies, state, and federal agencies.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Performs advanced professional and administrative work with supervisory responsibilities in the management of construction projects for the County.
Works under administrative supervision, developing and implementing programs within organizational policies and reports major activities to executive level administrators through conferences and reports.

Manages and monitors construction contractors and consultants; develops, administers and negotiates construction and consultant contracts, master plan studies, amendments, change orders, and work authorizations.

Supervises other project managers and engineering technicians; performs reviews and oversight of projects managed by subordinates; reviews plans and specifications, engineering calculations, pay applications, invoices, and Florida Building Code.

Establishes a Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Project Program and procedures for the Project Management Section and the Division to standardize the project management process, improve quality and performance.

Conducts meetings with consultants and contractors to review progress of work and manage all aspects of the project; reviews and approves invoices and payment requests from consultants and contractors; assists in the preparation of new fiscal year budget requests.

Role Summary
Weโre hiring an On-Site QA/QC Manager to lead the quality program on brownfield hyperscale data center constructionโwhere safety, uptime, and precision matter as much as speed. Youโll own electrical QA/QC planning and execution, drive rigorous documentation, and ensure installations meet strict client standards, contract requirements, and code while working in/around live critical environments. This role supports readiness for energization, commissioning, and IST with strong change control and zero-surprise turnover.
What Youโll Do
- Own and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) tailored for brownfield constraints (phasing, outages, access controls, change control).
- Build and manage electrical Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and hold/witness pointsโby system, room, and phase.
- Lead daily QA/QC field execution and verification against IFC drawings, approved submittals, vendor IOMs, RFIs, and method statements.
- Drive quality for the electrical critical path, including (as applicable):
- MV/LV distribution: switchgear, transformers, breakers, relays, terminations
- UPS/battery systems: installation verification, clearances, labeling, startup readiness
- Generators/paralleling gear: interface readiness, documentation capture, punch closure
- Busway/PDUs/RPPs: supports, alignment, tap boxes, labeling, grounding/bonding
- Cable tray/conduit: routing, supports, firestopping, separation, workmanship standards
- Grounding & bonding: integrity verification and as-built accuracy
- Controls/EPMS/BMS electrical interfaces: device placement, labeling, point-to-point readiness (as assigned)
- Enforce brownfield-specific quality disciplines:
- Verify phasing plans and temporary power installs meet requirements
- Maintain as-built accuracy in real time due to live site impacts and field changes
- Coordinate quality gates tied to shutdown windows, cutovers, and turnover milestones
- Manage deficiency systems: NCRs, punch lists, rework prevention, corrective/preventive action (CAPA), re-inspections, and verified closeout.
- Partner tightly with Operations, Controls, Commissioning, and Safety to ensure quality supports uptime protection and controlled energization.
- Own electrical turnover packages: inspection reports, test results, redlines/as-builts, O&Ms, training logs, vendor startup documentation, commissioning support documentation.
- Provide weekly reporting: trends, repeat issues, risk register inputs, and 2โ6 week quality look-ahead tied to phasing and outage schedules.
Qualifications
- 7+ years QA/QC experience on mission critical construction with strong electrical focus; brownfield/live siteexperience strongly preferred.
- Proven success running PQP/ITP programs, NCR/punch systems, and turnover documentation on fast-track or phased retrofits.
- Strong ability to interpret one-lines, schematics, control wiring diagrams, specs, and vendor documentation.
- Working knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70 and typical hyperscale QA requirements (labeling standards, documentation rigor, readiness gates).
- Highly organized, strong communicator, and able to coordinate across multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders in a controlled environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting cutovers, shutdown windows, energization planning, commissioning readiness, and IST
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E-related interfaces and verification of torque/labeling/test documentation programs
- Certifications: CQM-C, ASQ (CQA/CQE), OSHA 30
- Tools: Procore, ACC/BIM 360, Bluebeam, PlanGrid

The Commercialization Manager is the quarterback of go-to-market and commercialization efforts across all products. This role ensures that each product release, enhancement, and new offering is positioned for success by aligning resources, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting Product Managers with commercialization tasks such as pricing, packaging, messaging, and launch readiness.
The ideal candidate thrives at orchestrating complex work across marketing, sales, product, clinical, legal, and customer operations. They bring a structured, repeatable approach while staying nimble in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercialization Leadership
โข Serve as the central point of coordination for all commercialization efforts across the product portfolio.
โข Develop and manage commercialization plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure consistency and accountability across teams.
โข Maintain a portfolio-level view of upcoming launches, enhancements, and market-facing changes.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
โข Ensure the right teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, CS, Training, etc.) are aligned, resourced, and executing according to plan.
โข Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, launch readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions.
โข Anticipate and remove blockers related to resourcing, prioritization, or communication gaps.
Product Manager Support
โข Partner closely with Product Managers to support commercialization tasks like:
- Pricing and packaging updates
- Sales enablement needs
- Enabling professional services
- Provide templates, playbooks, and coaching to help PMs deliver consistent commercialization artifacts and outputs.
Launch Execution & Readiness
โข Ensure all required materials and processes are in place for successful launch (e.g., sales enablement content, training modules, support documentation, release communications).
โข Track progress against key commercialization milestones and proactively escalate risks.
โข Own internal communication of what is launching, when, and why it matters.
Operational Excellence
