Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate current shade assortments to help identify gaps and opportunities
- Support the assessment of shades based on color, finish, and overall assortment balance
- Assist with organizing, maintaining, and managing product and shade archives within the PD room
- Support the Product Development team with documentation, tracking, and general project organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed to support ongoing product development initiatives
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 15th - August 21st
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative omnichannel go-to-market strategies that will enable Naturium to breakthrough the highly competitive beauty environment. - Proven success in developing and executing retailer-specific trade strategies across digital and physical retail environments.
- Experience working with key mass and specialty retailers (e.g., Target, Ulta, Amazon, Boots, Mecca) in the US and international markets (UK, Australia preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate omnichannel marketing programs (retail, digital, in-store merchandising, POS).

What You'll Do
- Represent rhode in the fieldβowning sales performance, education, and brand execution across your assigned territory
- Build strong partnerships with Sephora store leadership and cast members to drive brand visibility and conversion
- Lead elevated trainings and education experiences, ensuring Beauty Advisors can confidently speak to rhodeβs brand and products
- Support and execute activations, store events, and seasonal Sephora moments to drive trial and awareness
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure flawless execution of campaign launches and new door openings

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing trademark portfolio and coordinate with outside counsel under guidance
- Perform and analyze trademark clearance searches, and provide guidance on product names and slogans
- Review and analyze trademark watch notices
- Coordinate with outside counsel for new filings, prosecution, and other trademark matters
- Review advertising and marketing materials for proper trademark usage and accuracy of marketing claims and sufficiency of corresponding substantiation
- Support intellectual property legal compliance initiatives, including internal training, trademark use guidelines across multiple jurisdictions, and issue spotting
- Communicate with internal business teams regarding brand protection/IP prosecution needs and deadlines

- Conduct copyright searching and application filing
- Manage matters efficiently with appropriate supervision, escalating issues as needed and coordinating with senior members of the legal department and outside counsel when required
- Bachelorβs degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of law firm and/or in-house paralegal experience.
- In-house experience with managing a global portfolio is preferred.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international trademark processes
- Proficiency in conducting trademark clearance searches and managing trademark watch notices

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop innovative, disruptive brand partnership opportunities that build strategic brand awareness and cultural relevance.
- Lead the development and execution of robust 360 marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand messaging.
- Own monthly marketing calendars, including calendar strategy and planning, 360 activation, creative briefing, deliverable management, and cross-functional alignment across all channels.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and agency partners, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performing environment.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging community insights and data to inform optimizations and future strategies.
- Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and aligned with brand expression, voice, and values.
- Continuously explore and test new marketing strategies, platforms, and storytelling approaches to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on leading complex, integrated 360 campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the beauty industry, consumer behavior, and evolving market trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the art direction and design execution for e.l.f. SKIN and Well People across 360Β° channels including email, paid media, social, , retailer eComm, and site enhancements.
- Partner with the Senior Creative Director to concept and execute campaigns that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business goals.
- Translate creative briefs, audience insights, and product storytelling into compelling, brand-right visual systems and experiences.
- Own visual consistency, typography, layout, and design quality across varying platforms and formats.
- Provide clear art direction and feedback to designers, supporting their growth while ensuring high creative standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, UX, Social, Integrated Marketing, and external partners from concept through execution.
- Present creative work internally, articulating design rationale and addressing feedback with solution-oriented thinking.
- Design with a mobile-first, digital-first mindset, ensuring assets are optimized for performance and channel best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Stay current on beauty, skincare, clean beauty, fashion, design, and social trendsβtranslating them into relevant, effective creative.
- 3β5 years of experience in creative or digital design roles within fast-paced, high-volume environments (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries a plus).
- Experience in art direction, campaign work, and eCommerce or performance-driven creative.
- Knowledge of computer programs including: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, Figma, digital animation software, interest in AI
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills across digital formats (email, paid media, social, site).
- Familiarity with UX/UI and mobile-first design a plus.
- Ability to balance business objectives with creative vision and brand integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented working style working at speed in an evolving workflow
- Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining high creative standards across different verticals.

The Product Innovation Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timeliness,accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product-related master data throughout the product development and innovation lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless product launches by coordinating with cross- functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for product innovation master data across systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MDM).
- Ensure data standards and governance policies are applied during the creation and maintenance of product master data for new product development (NPD) and innovations.
- Manage workflow for new products and product changes. Summarize workflow statuses to the Project Management team.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, and Operations teams across the globe to gather and validate data requirements for new and modified products.
- Create and maintain product records in PLM and/or MDM systems, ensuring timely and accurate entry aligned with stage-gate or agile product development processes. Ensure synchronization across systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain data KPIβs, SOPs and work instructions for master data processes supporting innovation.
- Participate in data quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system enhancements and testing related to master data, including new integrations or data model changes.
- Serve as a liaison between the IT and business-focused sides of the enterprise. Will need to not only be skilled in the technical aspects of data management but also have strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Beauty industry, retail background and/or product life cycle management preferred.
- High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skills.
- System implementation experience a plus.
- Excellent Excel Skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
