  • Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.

Position Description

Job Summary:

The Project Manager (Municipal) partners directly with municipalities across Upstate New York and Vermont to deliver high-quality construction solutions that meet community infrastructure needs. This role manages projects from initial client engagement and estimating through planning, execution, and final delivery.


The Project Manager collaborates closely with materials operations, superintendents, estimators, and equipment managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions:
