Your role:
We are seeking to add an Associate Attorney to our rapidly expanding practice. You will be directly involved in all aspects of the practice of family law supporting our clients in areas including, but not limited to, divorce proceedings, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, visitation rights, protective orders, and custody filings.
Your responsibilities:
- Working with the in-house financial team to forecast client billings
- Providing representation of clients in court and through legal proceedings
- Participating in JC Law's Perfect Client Lifecycle development program
- Managing a regular schedule of hearings and court appearances
- Advising staff on legal matters and interpretation of laws and statutes

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment to load, transport, and stockpile raw materials and finished products within the quarry site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuous material flow to meet production and shipping demands.
Essential Functions:
- Safety always wins. Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely, following all OSHA/MSHA and company procedures. Maintain a zero-incident mindset, wear required PPE, and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Bulger Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing Surgery Team in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a board-certified surgeon who specializes in soft tissue, orthopedic, and minimally invasive procedures in a well-established, fast-paced hospital that values the human-animal bond.

About the Role
As a Surgical Veterinary Technician, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative team providing high-quality surgical care (specialty, soft tissue, orthopedic). Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring anesthesia, including patient intubation/extubation, troubleshooting equipment, and responding to patient needs
- Preparing and collecting blood samples for diagnostics
- Capturing and processing a variety of radiographs during the pre- and post-operative period
- Scrubbing in and assisting during surgeries including abdominal exploratories, cruciate repairs, fracture repairs, thoracotomies, and both laparoscopic and arthroscopic procedures
- Assessing patient vitals for awake, sedated, and anesthetized animals
We are looking for a technician who is passionate about surgery and anesthesia and thrives in a learning-focused, team-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited program or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years Veterinary Experience
- Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience in a veterinary setting
- Strong skills in calculating and administering anesthetic agents, CRIs, and fluids
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in medical recordkeeping and surgical documentation
- Able to interpret and apply medical records to patient care
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or pursuing a VTS is highly preferred
- Confidence with anesthetic monitoring and surgical assistance is required
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.

Job Summary:
The Plant Clerk is responsible for supporting office services and plant operations in a semi-industrial environment. This role involves processing scale tickets, maintaining sales, inventory, payroll, and production data, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
1. Committed to serve. Operate the truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing through PII POS.
2. Results matter. Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including weigh tickets, delivery receipts, and daily production reports. Accurately enter and manage plant reporting systems, tracking daily sales, incoming materials, total production, and inventory. Manage petty cash transactions responsibly, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation in alignment with company policies.
3. Respect and engage. Interact with drivers, customers, and vendors in a professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing necessary documentation, seeking feedback, and staying informed on new developments.
4. Determined. Perform clerical duties such as accounts payable vouchering, payroll entry, mail processing, and ordering office and PPE supplies.
5. Efficiency. Record fuel deliveries and place fuel orders as needed to maintain operational continuity.
