Position Summary
The Associate Director of QMS and Vendor Management Quality, under the direction of the Head of Clinical and non-CMC Quality, will be responsible for effectively supporting GXP compliance; developing, implementing, and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS), overseeing the vendor management program, and GxP IT compliance.
This role ensures adherence to the global regulations across clinical, nonclinical, and CMC activities and oversees the company's QMS, vendor management, and GxP computerized systems. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Procedures development, review and approval
- Management and review of quality documentation, quality events/deviations and issue resolution, CAPAs and investigations
- Change control management
- Inspection readiness
- Audits and inspections
- Product complaints
- Conduct and oversee risk assessments
- Regulatory compliance, and effective quality oversight of internal functions and external vendors throughout the product lifecycle.

- Approve validation documentation (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Conduct IT vendor audits and system reviews.
Quality Oversight & Cross-Functional Support:
- Provide QA support across clinical, nonclinical, and CMC.
- Review applicable to functional operations deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls.

Qualifications Required:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of GxP QA experience.

JD:
- Executes MES installation, configuration and connectivity activities, supporting site and global teams while implementing technical guidance from client technical lead and solution architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hand on MES installation, configuration and environment preparation and connectivity preparation for deployment, migration and upgrades.
- Implement technical designs, standards and configuration patterns define by the client technical lead and solution architect.
- Act as day-to-day technical contact for site teams and support cross team troubleshooting during build and validation phases.
- Identify technical issues, risks and blockers and escalate promptly to the technical lead for resolution.
- Create and manage project level documentation and ensure accurate handovers to operation or validation teams.
- Collaborate with integration, authoring and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end technical delivery.
- Candidate will work with cross technical teams (SAP,IT-Sec, Networking etc.)
- Candidate will work with L2 integration prod team and shall directly with solution architect.
- Candidate should be able to handle all the activities independently and shall take care of all daily, weekly and monthly status calls with SME.

Summary:The Ultrasound Technologist will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, will provide support for other imaging technologists as needed, and help to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow. The Ultrasound Technologist must be able to handle the movement, set-up, and operation of medical ultrasound equipment. The technologist will demonstrate flexibility by working other shifts and/or at other campuses as needed or required. The technologist must be able to troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Expectation to participate in ongoing education, safety, and technical advances within their scope of licensure. The technologist will adhere to, and maintain, the expected imaging competencies as outlined by management. Ensures completed exams are scanned and stored correctly in PACS.
Ability to follow PACS downtime procedures as a PACS Superuser and escalate any problem(s) or issue(s) to the PACS administrator or Designee if needed.
Troubleshoots and reports any equipment malfunctions to the Director/Manager and/or Biomedical personnel;
does appropriate follow-up.* Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
* Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required
Experience
* 1 year of ultrasound scanning experience preferred* Basic computer experience required
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
* Requires one of the following within 1 year of hire:
Sonography (S) by ARRT
Abdomen (AB) RDMS by ARDMS
Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) RDMS by ARDMS
* Prefers one of the following, along with the required:
Vascular Sonography (VS) by ARRT
Breast Sonography (BS) by ARRT
Breast (BR) RDMS by ARDMS
Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS
* State Licensure is required if in New Mexico
* DMS by MIRTP NMED
* BLS required
In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
