You know that moment when you diagnose a problem that's been stumping everyone else? When you fix something perfectly and the engine purrs like it's thanking you? That's the feeling we chase every single day at Lighthouse Automotive.
*Here's the Thing*
We're not hiring a technician. We're adding a craftsperson to our crew. Someone who sees beyond broken parts to the person counting on their car to get to work, pick up kids, chase dreams.
*Your toolkit matters, but your mindset matters more.*
*What This Actually Looks Like*
You walk into our shop and it feels different. No one's rushing you through repairs or cutting corners to hit numbers. Instead, you're surrounded by people who geek out over precision, who actually read service bulletins, who remember why they fell in love with turning wrenches in the first place.
*Training budget?* We don't have one. We have a learning obsession. New diagnostic equipment? You'll be the first to try it. Industry conference? Pack your bags.
*Micromanagement?* Nope. You'll get a problem, the resources to solve it, and the trust to figure it out your way.
*Drama?* Hard pass. We solved problems together, celebrate wins together, and leave work at work.
*The Reality Check*
This job will push you. You'll encounter problems that make you think differently. Customers who need more than just a repairβthey need someone who cares. Team members who'll challenge you to be better than you were yesterday.
If you're looking for easy, keep scrolling. If you want to master your craft while actually making a difference? Keep reading.
*The Plot Twist*
We measure success by how many people drive away with more than they expected. How many of our team members look forward to Monday morning. How many problems we solve that other shops couldn't touch.
Your paycheck reflects this philosophy. Your growth opportunities reflect this philosophy. Your daily experience reflects this philosophy.
*One Simple Question*
When you're 80 years old, looking back at your career, what story do you want to tell?
The one where you settled for "just a job"? Or the one where you found a place that challenged you, trusted you, and helped you become the technician you always knew you could be?
*Ready to write that story with us?*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

* 401(k)
* Employee discount

* Monday to Friday

- Leadership Spark: You know how to motivate a team, handle tough conversations with grace, and keep spirits high during a Saturday rush.
- Business Savvy: You're comfortable with numbersβfrom managing payroll percentages to analyzing performance scorecards.
- Technical Skill: You're a pro behind the chair! You'll still be performing services and modeling our established hair guides.
