This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and assists the VP of Leasing and Investments and the Legal Team with the fast-paced, accurate preparation, execution, and abstracting of leases. This individual will also handle estoppels and SNDAs as required for property transactions.
Core Responsibilities
Leasing & Document Preparation
- Draft, proofread, and assemble initial leases, amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and loan documents.
- Abstract final leases and route them for approval, execution, and distribution to tenants.
- Prepare and process executed LOIs, default notices, and lease termination letters.
- Calculate commissions, verify accuracy, and submit broker invoices for payment.
- Process rent increases, lease renewals, and tenant improvement (TI) documentation.
Title, Survey & Escrow Management
- Open and manage escrows for acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating all funding, earnest money, and disbursements.
- Ensure the accurate execution, delivery, and recording of all closing documents and review final title policies.
- Evaluate title documents and surveys to check for easements, restrictions, and the ability to build on the site.
- Aid the Development Team with parcel maps, lot consolidations, lot splits, and prorations for settlement statements.
- Complete all post-closing items and administer required notices to tenants and vendors at the close of escrow.
Project Coordination & Corporate Administration
- Calendar all dates on fully executed agreements and provide key deadlines (due diligence, permits, delivery dates) to the Development Team.
- Issue necessary tenant notifications, including rent commencement, delivery, acquisition, and change of ownership notices.
- Assist in-house counsel with creating new entities, completing foreign filings, preparing letters, and general scheduling.
- Assist in managing outside counsel including processing invoices.
- Manage general liability, property, and flood insurance for all entities, which includes collecting COIs and submitting premium payments.
- Invoice tenants for property taxes and provide tax and insurance data for property management budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a four-year college degree is preferred.
- Commercial real estate experience is required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), calendar management, and general technology.
- Experience with Mac iOS is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Requires exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects under strict deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is an exempt position in a general office environment with no required travel.

The MF Acquisitions Principal is a senior, market-facing investment leader responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing multifamily acquisitions across Texas. GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Data Analyst (DA) is a key member of Metrc’s Data and Analytics organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across the company as well as external customers and partners. The Data and Analytics team delivers high-value analysis and actionable insights that support strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and compliance for a wide range of stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sigma, and other BI tools to meet business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Administer BI platforms (Tableau Server, Sigma), managing users, permissions, automations, and content assets
- Monitor and validate report data regularly to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
- Curate and organize data for reporting purposes, ensuring well-structured data that meets business needs
- Maintain and optimize DBT pipelines to ensure data quality and transformation efficiency
- Document business requirements and create specifications for needs requiring advanced data engineering
- Respond to BI tool inquiries and collaborate with training to facilitate user education.
- Proactively explore new metrics within existing data to improve analytics.
- Maintain and publish organizational data dictionaries to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Experience in supply chain or track-and-trace–related data analytics is preferred but not required.
- Four years or more experience with Data Analysis and Analytics
- Strong SQL proficiency and relational database interaction skills
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics or a similar study or equivalent experience. Other degrees are acceptable if a candidate has deep technical experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, R to pair with Data Analytics experience.
- Reporting tool experience (ex: Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Domo, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Reporting tool development experience is favorable but not required.
- ETL tool experience is favored but not required (ex: Alteryx, Tibco, Tray.Io, Workado, MuleSoft, Metallion, FiveTran)
- AI and Machine Learning experience a plus, basic understanding required
- Heavy Microsoft Excel experience (formulas, pivots, lookups), Visio a plus, proficiency with the remainder of MS Office suite.

This position is required to be fully in-person at our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, and knowledge of cameras (Sony preferred).
This role’s responsibilities include video and photo capturing (60%), video editing (15%), file organization (15%), and collaboration with other editors (10%).
Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Collaborate with the marketing team leads, graphic artists, and editors to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that highlight real estate properties, company culture events, podcasts, interviews, webinars, and more! Ensure videos align with client expectations and company standards.
- Photography & Digital Imaging: Capture high-end architectural and real estate photography, professional employee headshots, and candid company culture imagery. Responsible for the full post-production workflow, including color correction, retouching, and image enhancement using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Camera Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating Sony cameras and other relevant equipment, including drone experience, to capture thorough and purposeful footage. Understand the technical aspects of camera settings, composition, and lighting.
- Post-Production Editing: Edit and refine footage with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce professional and visually appealing videos. Work with and review other editors' work, ensuring brand consistency and optimal shot usage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including photographers, graphic artists, and marketing professionals, to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style across all projects.
- Organization and Efficiency: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized workflow using systems such as , Google Workspace, PickIt, Slack, PageProof, and .
- Digital Asset Management & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a meticulous file structure and naming convention for all raw and rendered assets. Responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, including on-site backups, metadata tagging, and archiving to the cloud. Additionally, oversee the care, calibration, and inventory of all camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure peak performance and zero downtime.
- Production Management & Client Art Direction: Take full ownership of the production lifecycle, from managing the shoot calendar and coordinating property logistics (weather, access, and site readiness) to serving as the on-site creative lead. Responsible for developing comprehensive shot lists, ensuring correct and extensive captured content, while confidently directing talent to guarantee the final content aligns with marketing objectives and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- In-depth knowledge of cameras (Sony preferred), drones, and other relevant video equipment.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
