Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive who thrives on hunting new business, closing deals, and expanding revenue within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

This is a full-cycle individual contributor role responsible for managing the entire sales processβ€”from outbound prospecting to discovery, solution development, product demos, negotiation, and closingβ€”while also growing revenue within an assigned portfolio of accounts.

This role is best suited for someone who is strategic, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and significant earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

1. Book-of-Business Ownership

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of industrial and manufacturing accounts
  • Drive aggressive outbound prospecting while expanding revenue within existing accounts
  • Build and execute both account-level and deal-level strategies

2. Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery β†’ pitch β†’ demo β†’ proposal β†’ negotiation β†’ close
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations early in the sales process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot

3. Strategic Deal Development

  • Build account maps and multi-threaded relationships within target organizations
  • Develop creative deal strategies, executive business cases, and proposals
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive successful outcomes

4. Solution-Based Selling

  • Identify customer challenges and map them to Aetos platform capabilities
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop tailored proposals for enterprise customers

5. Outbound Growth & Market Development

  • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Represent Aetos at conferences, trade shows, and onsite customer meetings


Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven success selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of generating, closing, and expanding revenue

Skills & Tools

  • Strong CRM proficiency, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Comfortable delivering product demonstrations during early discovery stages

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though exceptional experience will be considered

THE OPPORTUNITY

This engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital execution, as well as Plant Technical support, enabling the plant to meet its Safey, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist project teams with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. They will also complete design studies, follow procurement and fabrication of equipment and lead the installation, commissioning and startup of the equipment in an industrial plant environment. For customer projects, manages the design studies for industrial equipment installations that are necessary for the success of the Plant's capital projects. She / he will ensure adherence to the customer's specifications, local regulations, compliance of performance, and costs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct feasibility studies of functional specifications; evaluate solutions against the criteria of cost, landmarks, risks, and functionality.
  • Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
  • Acquire validation of key project milestones during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.
  • Facilitate procurement, acceptance inspections, and maintain "as built" drawing packages for assigned material and equipment projects.
  • Create budget estimates and bid packages on assigned projects.
  • Provide project documentation: mechanical designs, technical offer, safety risk assessment, maintenance & operator training documents and user manuals.
  • Lead mechanical contractors or maintenance installation teams during equipment modifications & machine installations through start-up and commissioning.
  • Providing project support, especially during installation, start-up and ramp up phases, is often "on-site" and "hands on", and many projects include implementation schedules during holidays and shutdowns.
  • Actively support the plant with designed solutions to improve Production, Quality, Maintainability, and Safety metrics.
  • Design tooling for a critical part of the machines that make our high-quality products.

Groma is building the real estate coin, an on-chain asset that represents diversified ownership in a $100MM+ portfolio of buildings. About the Role

This senior-level role will join a small team of software engineers that build the digital infrastructure and products that power the company. We're looking for someone that has hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in a production environment on EVM networks (Ethereum and Base), as well as experience working with a variety of token standards. Specific nice-to-haves include experience with RWAs/real estate, representing securities with compliance constraints on-chain (e.g. ERC-3643), and DeFi protocols like Uniswap.


While we're looking for an engineer with this background, please note that we also expect all engineers to be willing and able to contribute across our entire technology stack. The primary products that you'll be working on include:

  • Tools that are designed to make managing our large and growing real estate portfolio highly efficient. These are tools that we use to address the tactical challenges that arise from managing distributed real estate assets as efficiently as possible while still ensuring the best possible resident experience. We use many standard technology solutions, but also IoT smart home technology and AI to solve and optimize many of our resident and maintenance tasks.
  • Products that enable investors to initiate and manage their investments into Groma’s real estate funds. A primary goal of Groma is to make real estate work better for everyone. This means not only owning and managing it well, but also expanding ownership opportunities, with audiences ranging from institutional investors to the residents in our buildings.
  • Infrastructure to express Groma’s property assets, investor share holdings, and REIT operations on Ethereum and other networks. Blockchain is a powerful tool for us to increase transparency, investor access, and, over time, unlock new functionality to enable our holders to get the most possible value out of owning real estate.


The most important traits for someone joining the team will be:

  • Startup interest. We’re an early stage company and still have a lot left to figure out. There will be lots of ups and down, we don’t yet have all of the answers yet and you’ll be a part of finding them.
  • Product mindset. As a startup, we need to be fast to identify and solve problems across the business. We do not have a product team, so we expect engineers to be comfortable working directly with stakeholders throughout the business to understand their needs and build pragmatic solutions to them.
  • Technical breadth. As a small team, it’s highly valuable for each member to be able to operate across the entirety of our technology stack. This means being willing and able to work on backend and frontend development, our blockchain infrastructure, or occasionally even some spreadsheet hacking.
  • Desire to move fast. As an engineering team, we care about building reliable, secure, and easily-maintainable systems, but also recognize the need to move very quickly as we operate within a fast-moving startup. This means finding the right balance between quality and delivery speed.


The core technologies that the team uses are:

  • Languages: Python, TypeScript, Solidity
  • Frameworks: Django, React
  • Infrastructure: Google Cloud, Postgres, Ethereum


This is a role for someone that can quickly ramp up to execute independently and effectively across the range of technologies described above. You do not need to be an expert in everything mentioned, but should be very comfortable building web applications in Django or a comparable framework and at least interested in learning the rest.

Summary:

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving organic traffic growth through SEO and AI-driven discovery channels. This position includes roles as the Lead Electrical Engineer and project manager for our Aviation Tire manufacturing facility, supporting efforts to design, build, install, maintain, and modify our manufacturing equipment.


- Create initial designs, assist to define functional specifications for new machines and systems, develop estimates and budget, assure procurement of parts and systems, monitors electrical equipment fabrication, conduct vendor/contractor management, deliver complete and current technical documentation, and oversee installation and startup of projects that range from simple modifications of existing machinery to large-scale expansion projects.
- Have hands-on involvement with equipment and processes by being available to the operators and maintenance personnel and gaining detailed knowledge of the process.
- Provide technical expertise in the maintenance, modification and installation of equipment and machinery in the tire manufacturing process, including technical assistance for problem solving analysis.
- Participate in all facets of project management including: Economic justification, design, vendors/procurement, installation, start-up, qualification, machine acceptance, training for operations & maintenance, project reviews and technical documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering along with demonstrated successful project management experience. Associates degree with extensive experience may be considered.

Proven electrical design skills, and the ability to deal with electrical, electronic and mechanical tire manufacturing equipment.

Minimum of 5 years industrial electrical design experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial equipment.

The Manager, Quality Assurance Plant Operations, is responsible for leading QA plant operations and expertise in manufacturing plant operations. This includes developing QA specific procedures related to product disposition, line clearance and review and approval of GMP documentation including but not limited to Batch Records, Validation Protocols/Reports, and Calibration/Work Order Records. The ideal candidate has worked in a startup environment with internal manufacturing operations. The candidate will also assist, as required, with product receipt, shipment and disposition, line clearance and quality system review/ approval in the QA role. This is a full time, on-site role at our Hopkinton, MA location. Weekends and holidays may be required.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the day to day operations for the Quality Assurance team. This includes but is not limited to oversight of product disposition, deviation, CAPA, Change Control, internal audit and training.
  • Monitor implementation of QA specific procedures for compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work cross functionally and provide QA support for development, review and approval of procedures/workflows for manufacturing operations
  • Provide QA review and approval of plant related SOPs and GMP documentation
  • Support product disposition and shipping
  • Support Health Authority Inspections and Client Audits
  • Mentor personnel within QA and cross functionally on GMP compliance, promote quality culture
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience in a pharma/biotech company with internal manufacturing. Cell therapy experience preferred.
  • Minimal 2 years leadership experience as a supervisor/leader or manager.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance Operations focused on support of internal manufacturing operations.
  • Prior experience working in contract services and interfacing with clients preferred
  • Ability to partner cross functionally and be quality lead within agreed timelines to support plant start up activities
  • Ability to resolve issues and make decisions independently and escalate complex decisions as needed.
  • Act as QA lead for tech transfer, client projects and GMP related activities.
  • Partner cross functionally and provide quality support within agreed timelines to support plant start up activities.
  • Well versed in cGMP and ICH regulations / guidelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do

  • Creates, executes, and oversees Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability program areas (e.g., Lockout\Tagout, Confined Space, Motorized Vehicle, etc.)
  • Supports development of Global EHS and Sustainability practices and standards
  • Oversees and manages budget within a specified area of responsibility

Knowledge & Skills

  • Effective communication, both written and oral
