Technical Founders Associate
🏢 Juice
Salary not disclosed
Sunnyvale, CA 1 week ago

Role: Technical Founder’s Associate / Engineering Chief of Staff

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Mostly remote but opportunity to work F2F with CTO)

Compensation: Academic Co-op (UC Berkeley/Stanford) OR Base + Potential startup Equity

The Reality: At Juice, we are making every second count. The platform authenticates vehicles at the edge using existing site cameras. Zero new hardware, instant M2M payments. As a lean, VC-backed team of three, Juice is already processing millions of transactions globally. The CTO (ex-Google, Microsoft, 2x IoT exits) is building the deep-tech architecture connecting today's $5 Trillion mobility market to tomorrow’s $13 Trillion autonomous economy.

Because the company is scaling at an unreasonable velocity, the CTO needs a high-leverage technical force multiplier. We are not looking for a standard software engineer who wants to be spoon-fed Jira tickets. Juice is looking for an absolute powerhouse to step into the role of Technical Founder’s Associate.

In Silicon Valley, this is the engineering equivalent of a Chief of Staff. You will operate as the CTO’s technical proxy and right hand. You are a technical Swiss Army knife—you have the hardcore computer science chops to ship production code, but you also possess the systems-thinking required to map out massive enterprise integrations, read dense API documentation from legacy vendors, and ruthlessly unblock the core engineering pipeline.

If you want a traditional FAANG internship where you spend three months changing a button color, close this page. If you want a masterclass in edge computing, computer vision, and building massive technical moats from the ground up alongside a 2x-exited founder—read on.

What you will execute:

  • Force-Multiply the CTO: Take high-level, ambiguous architectural directives from the CTO, break them down using strict first principles, and build the initial prototypes and integration frameworks before they hit the core engineering pipeline.
  • Wrangle Legacy Infrastructure: The mobility industry runs on messy, legacy hardware APIs (parking barriers, 15-year-old EV chargers, wash systems). You will elegantly integrate bleeding-edge AI with decades-old tech infrastructure, forcing them into the 21st century.
  • Technical Operations: Evaluate hardware vendors, build internal God-mode telemetry dashboards to track the latency of thousands of edge cameras, and act as the technical translator in tier-1 partnership meetings.
  • Ship Real Code: Push code to active US sites processing real financial transactions. There is no massive QA team to catch mistakes. You build it, you ship it, you own it.

Executive Assistant to a Series Founder | Austin | $150-$180,000
✦ New
Salary not disclosed
Austin, TX 1 day ago

The short version

One of Austin's most connected founders is building something serious.

He operates across multiple ventures. All of them are insane.

His network is extraordinary. His pace is relentless. And he needs an EA who can keep up.

This role has Chief of Staff written all over it.

The longer version

Let's be honest about what this job actually is.

You are not joining a corporate machine. There is no committee to escalate decisions to. There is no nine-to-five rhythm. You are the operational nerve centre for a founder who moves fast, thinks big, and has a calendar full of people who matter.

Think venture partners, policy leaders, authors, media executives, and the kind of entrepreneurs who are shaping what comes next. The access you will have through this role is the kind that most EAs spend a career trying to earn.

But access comes with expectation.

He needs someone who can orchestrate complex schedules across multiple organisations without dropping the ball. Someone who prepares briefings that actually change how a meeting goes. Someone who writes on his behalf and sounds like him, not like a robot. Someone who manages relationships with the discretion and warmth of a trusted gatekeeper, not a bouncer.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. It's a role for someone who figures it out.

The world you're walking into

Your principal is building at the centre of one of the most fascinating Cities in America, creating opportunities, building very real things with very real people.

The people in his orbit would make you sit up. And you'll be the one managing the access.

What you'll actually be doing

Complex diary and travel management across multiple ventures and time zones.

Drafting correspondence, briefing documents, and communications on behalf of your principal.

Managing relationships with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Owning the logistics of events, from intimate dinners to large-scale gatherings.

Filtering, prioritising, and ensuring nothing important slips.

Being the eyes and ears when your principal cannot be in the room.

And yes, the other stuff. Because great EAs don't think anything is beneath them.

Who you are

You've supported a founder, CEO, or senior executive before, and you're not precious about it. You understand that serving someone at this level is a craft, not a compromise.

You're calm under pressure. Fast without being sloppy. You write well. You read the room. You protect your principal's time like it's your own.

You're probably the smartest person in most rooms but would never say so.

You understand that elite EA work is fundamentally about judgment. When to ask. When to act. When to push back.

Why this role is different

The EA who thrives here won't just manage a calendar. They'll become indispensable to how this founder operates. They'll see how deals get done, how communities get built, how influence actually works.

This is a launchpad. Chief of Staff potential for the right person.

Location

Austin, Texas. On-site, five days a week. This is a physical operation, and being present is the point.

Account Executive @ AI Startup
✦ New
Salary not disclosed
Marina del Rey, CA 1 day ago

CommanderAI is building the go-to revenue engine for the $100B+ waste and recycling industry. We help haulers find, win, and keep more business using AI-driven data, automation, and a sales workflow built specifically for this market.

We’re hiring a high-volume Account Executive (AE) with uncapped upside to take qualified opportunities from our SDR team and turn them into long-term, high-value customers. If you love running tight sales cycles, delivering sharp demos, and closing net-new logos in an industry that’s just starting to adopt modern tech, keep reading.

What you’ll do

  • Own the close: Take qualified meetings and opportunities from SDRs and drive them from discovery through demo, proposal, and signed agreement.

  • Run high-impact discovery: Quickly understand a hauler’s line of business and current sales process so you can map CommanderAI to real business outcomes.

  • Deliver killer demos: Lead a high velocity sales cycle with tailored demos that show owners and sales leaders how CommanderAI helps them find and win more customers.

  • Master High-Velocity Sales: You will be a closing machine. Expect to handle a high volume of inbound demos daily (4-6+/day @ 20-30 min ea). You are ruthless with your time management, quick on your feet, and able to move haulers from "Hello" to "Signed" in 30 days or less.

  • Build and manage pipeline: Maintain super fast sales cycles in a clean, accurate pipeline, including deal stages, close dates, and forecast in our CRM.

  • Quote and negotiate: Create pricing proposals and quotes, handle objections, and negotiate terms that align value, margin, and long-term partnership.

  • Collaborate to win: Partner closely with SDRs on handoffs and follow-through, and with onboarding / product to ensure a smooth go-live and strong early usage.

  • Be the trusted advisor: Act as a consultative partner to haulers - not a feature pitcher - helping them modernize their sales process with AI.

  • Bring the market back inside: Relay feedback, objections, and feature requests from prospects to leadership and product to help shape the roadmap.

What you’ve done

  • Experience: 3+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive or closing role in B2B, ideally SaaS. Experience selling into SMB / mid-market is a plus.

  • Closing track record: Consistently hit or exceeded quota in a closing role, with clear examples of managing a structured sales process from discovery to close.

  • Industry familiarity (nice-to-have): Experience selling to waste & recycling, field services, logistics, construction, or other operations-heavy industries.

  • Strong communicator: Comfortable presenting to owners, GMs, and sales teams. You can simplify complex tech and keep the conversation focused on ROI and outcomes.

  • Process & CRM minded: You live in a CRM, keep your pipeline clean, and can forecast your business with reasonable accuracy.

  • Self-starter: You don’t need hand-holding. You show up prepared, run your territory like a business, and find ways to create momentum.

  • Comfort with AI & software: You don’t have to code, but you should be comfortable demoing SaaS and talking about AI in practical, non-hype terms.

Why CommanderAI

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission and fast-payouts.
  • Structure: Clear quota, transparent comp plan, and no cap on what you can earn if you keep closing.
  • Category momentum: Waste and recycling is modernizing fast, and there is no dominant sales platform in the space yet. You’ll help define it.
  • Real-world impact: You’re not selling another dashboard for marketers. You’re helping haulers win business, grow routes, and create jobs.
  • Ground-floor seat: Join a tight, high-caliber team early, help shape the sales playbook, and grow into senior AE / sales leadership as we scale.

Equal Opportunity

CommanderAI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability.

Advanced Practice Provider
Salary not disclosed
Traverse City, MI 2 days ago

Company Description

Old Mission Ascend Partners (OMAP) empowers elite clinicians to build prosperity by providing an innovative "Business-in-a-Box" framework for launching and scaling Micro-MSOs. As the venture arm of the Old Mission ecosystem, OMAP removes the traditional barriers of launching a private practice by offering a vertically integrated support system. This includes clinical protocols, proprietary technology, lead generation, SEO assets, and access to top-tier regenerative biologics. With a mission to enable clinicians to own 100% of their practices and focus on care, OMAP drives the future of Sovereign Medicine with tools like seed funding and startup capital. Located in Traverse City, MI, OMAP is committed to providing the foundation for clinicians’ entrepreneurial success.

Managing Director | Old Mission Ascend Partners (OMAP)

Location: Traverse City, MI (Hybrid/Regional)

Experience: 7+ Years in Healthcare Business Development / MSO Management Background: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Ortho or ER Experience

The "Un-Job" for the "Un-Clinician"

If you are looking for a comfortable, 9-to-5 clinical management role at a regional health system, close this tab now.

We are Old Mission Ascend Partners (OMAP), and we are built for the clinician who is tired of being a "line item" on a hospital's balance sheet. We have built the "Growth Engine for Independent Practice"; a Micro-MSO startup designed to liberate clinicians from the grind of a 'job'. We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to serve as the Managing Director (Founder) of our Traverse City startup spoke.

This is a Leadership mandate. We need an Ortho-trained proceduralist or an ER clinician who is addicted to high-stakes execution, unfazed by the chaos of a startup, and ready to build a business unit from a blank sheet of paper.

The Mission: Founder & General

As the Managing Director, you are the "Founder" of this Spoke. You aren't just managing a clinic; you are launching a high-margin business unit. You will leverage the "Shared Services" of our Hub (Payroll, Logistics, Tech) to remain lean while scaling at speed.

  • Build the Engine: Personally architect and execute the sales strategy to recruit independent clinicians into the OMAP ecosystem.
  • Protocol Enforcement: Ensure every partner adheres to our clinical and operational blueprints to maintain ecosystem integrity.
  • P&L Ownership: Maintain total responsibility for the OMAP bottom line, managing expenses and maximizing revenue.
  • The 60/40 Rule: Drive the unit to hit specific revenue targets where 60% goes to the provider and 40% remains for Spoke OpEx and Hub Fees.

Who You Are (The DNA)

  • The Clinical Pedigree: You are a PA or NP with deep roots in Orthopedics or Emergency Medicine. You understand procedural medicine, you make decisions in seconds, and you don't flinch under pressure.
  • The Track Record: You have 7+ years in healthcare business development or medical group operations, with a proven history of managing a P&L of at least $5M+ TCV.
  • Startup Soul: You aren't afraid of failure—you’re afraid of being average. You see "limitless potential" in building something that disrupts the legacy Fee-For-Service model.
  • Radical Transparency: You lead with the data. You build trust through unvarnished, honest communication with partners and staff.

The Payoff (70/30 Profit Participation)

We don’t believe in salary caps for founders.

  • Base Salary: $140,000
  • The Profit Pool: Once the Spoke is profitable (covering all OpEx and Hub Fees), 70% of the remaining Net Profit goes into the Spoke Performance Pool.
  • The Managing Director Share: You earn a 20% share of that 70% pool.
  • The Traction Multiplier: Execute your "Rocks" at a 90%+ completion rate, and your payout is multiplied by 1.1x.
  • The Upside: Annual variable compensation is uncapped, up to 100% of your Base Salary.

The Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO: We measure profitability and outcomes, not "clock-in" time.
  • Elite Coverage: 100% medical/dental/vision premiums for the employee; 50% for dependents.
  • 401(k) Match: Up to 4% company match.
  • Professional Development: A dedicated budget for entrepreneurial leadership and MSO training.

Do you have the stomach to build something from scratch in Traverse City? Apply Now.

Pay: $140,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Vision insurance

Director of Finance & Investments (Founding CFO Track) ( Hybrid Role )
Salary not disclosed
Houston, TX, Hybrid 6 days ago

The Opportunity:

We are a lean and high velocity multifamily investment firm with 440 units and a mandate to scale to 1,500+ units by 2027 on our path to $1 Billion AUM in the next 5 years. We operate with a startup culture backed by a strong principal balance sheet, and we will maintain this "Day 1" intensity until our $1 Billion goal is reached. We are looking for a Founding Director of Finance and Investments who is prepared to make the business their number one priority and own the entire financial lifecycle of our portfolio.

This is a true "multi-hat" leadership role, You will be responsible for building and owning the engine across three phases: Acquisitions, where you will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities Finance, where you institutionalize the back-end through precise cash flow forecasting, investor distributions, and tax strategy; and Asset Management, where you hold the portfolio accountable to your forecasts by implementing aggressive execution plans to ensure every property hits its NOI targets. We are looking for a partner who wants to trade corporate safety for long-term equity and help us build this platform from the ground up.

Note: Local to Texas is highly preferred. If not in Texas, candidates must be willing to Spend 5 business days per month in Houston Texas overseeing property (Asset mgmt), networking with brokers and touring new acquisitions. During periods of due diligence requirements to be Houston may increase. Please confirm in your application this travel (all paid for by company).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Investment Modeling & Underwriting: You will be the primary lead on modeling new opportunities. You will take raw data from brokers or off-market sources, build complex pro-formas from scratch, and present the investment case to the committee.
  • Preliminary Investment Committee (PIC) Leadership: You serve as the "Gatekeeper." Before any deal reaches the Founders, you are responsible for the internal audit of the case—stress-testing exit caps, opex loads, and reno timelines. You are the final line of defense for the firm's capital.
  • Due Diligence & Transaction Execution: Lead the financial "scrub" on all acquisitions. You will own the closing checklist, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure every debt facility is funded with 100% precision.
  • Asset Management & Performance Audit: You aren't just reporting numbers; you are driving them. You will perform monthly audits of property management, identify "cash leakage," and ensure the portfolio hits its NOI targets and investor distributions.
  • GL Integrity & Tax Strategy: You own the "Book of Record." You will oversee all accounting entries, manage a rolling 13-week cash forecast, and ensure the firm is "tax-ready" for outside CPAs.
  • Treasury & Capital Management: You own the firm’s liquidity. You will manage the movement of capital between property accounts, GP accounts, and the Hold-Co, ensuring we are optimized for both daily operations and upcoming acquisition deposits.
  • Tax Strategy & Compliance Oversight: You aren't just filing forms; you are the architect. You will manage the tax filing checklist for all 40+ (and growing) entities, ensuring every K-1 is issued on time and that we are maximizing depreciation and cost-segregation strategies across the portfolio.
  • Institutional Reporting & Audit: You will design and produce the quarterly "Investor Report" and "Lender Compliance" packages. You must be able to defend our financials to an institutional auditor or a Life-Co lender with absolute authority.
  • Entity & Corporate Housekeeping: You will interface directly with Investor Counsel to resolve legal issues and ensure all corporate entities remain in "Good Standing" across multiple states. You are the "Compliance Officer" for the firm.

  • System Architecture: You will help design the infrastructure (CRM workflows, checks and balances) to allow the firm to scale without breaking.

Execution Over Delegation :

We are a lean firm where the Director is expected to "turn the wrenches," not just design the machine. If you are looking to sit in a strategy room and wait for reports to hit your desk, this is not the job for you. You must be an Ambivert—equally comfortable in deep-work silence building a complex model as you are in high-stakes confrontations with vendors or lenders. We are looking for the architect who is excited to turn every wrench today, so they can effectively lead the entire department tomorrow."

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in Real Estate Finance, Investment Banking, or REPE.
  • Background: Mandatory experience in Multifamily Syndication. You must have "Battle Scars" from managing the financial lifecycle of actual deals.
