Senior Instructional Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of interactive, engaging training solutions, including eLearning, videos, in-person and virtual instructor-led.
What you'll do:
- Consult with subject matter experts to develop engaging training content including in person and virtual instructor-led, eLearning courses, training activities, multimedia, and video learning.
- Use creative mindset to find new and different ways to design and develop training content. Review, update, and maintain training content to support the needs of the business.
- Organize materials and provide support to the facilitators before, during, and after training events.
- Manage assigned projects using project management concepts to meet milestones and project timelines.
- Lead project meetings with business partners to ensure all steps of assigned projects are completed within parameters.
- Proactive research on evolving trends in the field of learning and recommend innovative training tools and techniques to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning technologies, or other related field and 6+ years of professional instructional design experience in a corporate learning environment or combined work experience and education.
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing interactive instructor-led and eLearning modules.
- 5+ years of experience developing content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond (or similar), and Camtasia.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects.
- Proficiency using AI-driven platforms for content development and/or learning and talent development.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and with video conferencing technology, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
- Proven proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and experience to work independently and develop training solutions from start (analysis) to end (evaluate).
Preferred:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$59,150.00 - $100,740.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,

Job SummaryThe role of the Budget Analyst is to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the City budget and Capital Improvement Program, and perform various budget analyses.
Distinguishing Characteristics: The Budget Analyst is a journey-level position in the Financial Planning Division of the Finance & Administration Department. This position performs analyses of budgetary issues and assists in the development and balancing of the City budget. This position is distinguished from the Senior Financial Analyst, which conducts complex financial, budgetary, and compensation analyses that facilitate key decision making.
Essential Functions: Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include any of the following representative duties, knowledge, and skills. - Performs a variety of research and analysis of budgetary issues and prepares reports of findings and recommendations.
- Provides technical assistance and training to departments concerning budget and accounting issues.
- Conducts ongoing monitoring of City revenues and expenditures and provides analysis of trends, culminating in periodic reports on City's financial performance and annual report on City's financial condition.
- Provides support during City-wide budget process by assisting in development and balancing of the City budget. Develops customized budget-related reports. Prepares and provides budget preparation training to City staff. Reviews departmental budget materials for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Works with a variety of departmental staff, including departmental budget coordinators, division managers, and department directors to acquire needed information. Prepares annual budget for selected funds as assigned. Participates in budget review meetings with the City Manager and City Council. Assists in preparation of preliminary and final budget documents.
- Produces monthly sales tax trend analysis reports for City Council and city management.
- Assists in development of the six-year capital improvement program. Reviews departmental materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Assists in production of preliminary and final CIP documents.
- Conducts special studies and analyses pertaining to a wide variety of issues.
- Conducts a variety of budget analysis projects and reconciliation of accounts. Monitors assigned revenue and expenditure accounts and prepares correcting journal entries if needed. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations for corrective action. Assembles revenue and expenditures data and analyzes trends.
- Develops and maintains Information Technology, Public Works, and Development Services rate models and other cost allocation modes as assigned.
- Assists Senior Financial Analyst in gathering data for the City-wide indirect cost allocation model.
- Assists in preparation of the City's comprehensive annual financial report.

Washington Shoe Company has an opening for a Footwear Designer with strong experience in sneakers, outdoor adventure footwear, and performance-driven design. Key Responsibilities
- Research seasonal sneaker, outdoor, and adventure-footwear trends, including materials, technologies, and color stories; present findings through inspirational trend boards for Sales and Marketing.
- Utilize product selling data and line plans to design 2–3 collections per year, including inline, catalog, and special make-up programs.
- Create detailed spec tech packs, CADs, and design documentation for sample development.
- Communicate with overseas factories and agents using clear visual and physical references to ensure design accuracy and execution.
- Partner with sourcing and costing to ensure materials, constructions, and components meet cost and margin targets.
- Engineer and modify designs based on factory capabilities, performance requirements, and cost considerations while preserving brand integrity and design intent.
- Participate in wear-testing, fittings, and QC reviews to validate comfort, performance, and durability.
- Manage multiple projects from concept and proto development through commercialization and production handoff.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for meetings, tradeshows, development reviews, and factory visits.
