Role Summary: The Ramp & Customer Service Agent is responsible for above and below wing tasks which include guest interactions and ramp functions.

Key Duties:
  • Assist guests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, baggage, ticketing, checking-in passengers and boarding flights) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions while performing below wing functions (e.g., transports baggage and cargo, loads and offloads luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushes back the aircraft and aircraft deicing).
  • Performs aircraft grooming and security searches.
  • Perform boarding and gate duties (e.g., assisting and directing guests, making announcements, process standby's and upgrade requests).
  • Process and secure guest luggage. Files and maintains luggage claims as necessary including damaged, delayed and pilferage.
  • Loads and offloads luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts.
  • At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills: Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your role at Vantive

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

Schedule: 4 day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends off.

This position is physically demanding and requires this person to make deliveries in exciting locations as our customer base resides in urban and rural localities. The Service Specialist works closely with multiple levels of the supply chain; including but not limited to, dialysis patients, regional office staff, customer service team, and healthcare professionals.

Your role at Vantive

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base, as well as, kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotation of stock, and order accuracy assurance with occasional order pick-ups and returns.

With full production ramp-up planned for January 2026, we are seeking a Production Supervisor / Manager to play a key role in equipment commissioning, production start-up, and ongoing leadership of the operations team.

What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the tube mill, roll forming, finishing, and shipping departments.

Lead a production team (20–40 employees) to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals.

Assist with installation and commissioning of tube mill and roll forming equipment.

Support trial runs and initial product launch to ensure quality and throughput targets.

Transition into a leadership/technical SME role post-commissioning, guiding ongoing production and process improvements.

Interpret specifications, job orders, and blueprints to assign and guide work.

Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and quality enhancements.

Ensure adherence to safety programs; conduct monthly safety meetings and investigate incidents.

Maintain accurate production, time, and inventory records.

Partner with scheduling, maintenance, and quality departments to optimize workflow.

Coach, train, and develop employees to build a strong, high-performance team.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of supervisory experience in ERW tube mill, roll forming, galvanized steel, or structural tubing production.
