Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment initiatives by participating in local community outreach events and staffing trips.
- Assist in researching, coordinating, and scheduling recruitment activities.

Position Summary
Flag & Anthem is seeking an Assistant / Associate Designer to support the development of Men’s and Women’s Performance and Golf apparel. This role will work closely with the Designer – Performance & Golf to help execute seasonal collections, assist with design development, and support the product lifecycle from concept through production.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance and golf apparel. This role requires strong Adobe Illustrator skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
This is an in-office position based in Midtown Manhattan and reports directly to the Designer – Performance & Golf.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Designer – Performance & Golf in the development of seasonal collections and core programs
• Create and maintain flat sketches, detail sketches, and CAD colorways in Adobe Illustrator
• Support the development of all-over prints, graphics, and pattern layouts
• Assist in building and maintaining tech packs in PLM with construction details and trim information
• Help organize and track lab dips, strike-offs, fabric submissions, and trim approvals
• Prepare design boards, seasonal presentations, and line sheets
• Maintain organized digital libraries of artwork, fabrics, trims, and seasonal references
• Conduct trend research and competitive market shopping within performance, golf, and activewear categories
• Assist with Excel trackers, seasonal PDFs, and development calendars
• Support prototype review preparation and help track sample comments and revisions
• Assist with showroom setup and seasonal presentations as needed
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in apparel design or assistant design

Responsibilities:
- Creates and builds new show and event product.
- Installs, operates and maintains technical equipment for productions and events.
- Work on crews that build, set up, operate, and tear down our live shows and events.
- Read, understand, and implement plans and blueprints.
- Translate plans and designer concepts into functional build, shows, and events.
- Assemble and install structures, equipment and infrastructure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools required.
- Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.
- Work individually or in a team setting.
- Installs and operates show production technical equipment, including sets, lights, sounds, video elements and props
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment
- Construct and install new show product in manner consistent with the artistic vision of park management, show producers and designers
- Troubleshoots equipment failure and works to resolve any issues safely and efficiently
- Assists with load in and load out of shows, events, Halloween Haunt and other park activities and productions
- Secures rentals, guest artists, production crews, and other outside labor/materials as assigned
- Prepares facilities for daily activities, ie. Rehearsals, clean ups, maintenance calls, shows, special events, etc
- Ensures smooth operation of all events and shows
- Works with team to set up lights, staging, sets, sound, video and special effects, even if not in area of expertise
- Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Pay Rate: up to $17.50/hr.
Qualifications:- May work in a variety of sections of the Entertainment Department: including Lighting, Sound, Video, Set Build, Construction, Props, etc.
- Must have theatrical experience in one or more of the following: Scenic painter/artist, props, scenic carpenter or construction, rigging, special effects, decor, stage lighting or live sound reinforcement
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Ability to recognize when additional assistance or direction is required, and to seek that assistance or direction
- Have general working knowledge of the operation of power tools
- Ability to work with team members, contractors, vendors and guests in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to maintain composed and professionalism during high pressure situations
- Ability to work effectively and achieve department goals under time constraints and quality pressures
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to speak and understand English at a level sufficient to interact with guests; provide basic directions; and answer guest question
Assist Guests with questions, comments, concerns they may have about their experience while visiting Six Flags. Resolve ticket, season pass, Flash Pass or membership issues for the Guest.
Pay Rate: $16.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle various ticket transactions including but not limited to, advanced sales, group sales, complimentary tickets, season passes, promotional tickets, and ticket problem resolution.
- Handle all Guest concerns including but not limited to, park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone, email, or in person.
- Utilize multiple strategies in order to obtain the result and provide the best Guest Recovery to the guest.
- Able to work with computer programs for various Six Flags programs and applications. Must be able to multi-task between multiple programs in order to resolve the task at hand.
- Answer guest questions and give proper guidance when necessary.
- Offer appropriate compensation based on the guest's concern.
- Promote the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while interacting with Guests.
- Ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction in their stay at Six Flags while setting high standards of performance for all areas.
- Ensure that imagine, cleanliness, and courtesy standard requirements are met.
- Develop a positive relationship with all in-park departments.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must have an outgoing personality with a willingness to approach and actively engage guests.
- Must possess knowledge of computers and adapt to changes within computer software applications.
- Must possess an organized approach to work with the ability to multi-task.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. Bi-lingual is helpful but not required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, possibly working long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Must be able to quickly adapt to and enforce changing policies and procedures.
- Must be willing to assist in other aspects of the department when requested.
- Must be comfortable assisting and issuing attraction access passes to guests with disabilities.

- Testing the pool-water hourly and as required and make any necessary adjustments in water chemistry to the specification’s required by Massachusetts Health Codes.
- Maintaining the filtration/circulation systems, including regular backwashing of the filter media and cleaning of the hair & lint strainers and skimmer baskets.
- Assist with general maintenance projects that include, but not limited to, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping and pressure washing.
- Maintaining the general pool area, and making any necessary minor repairs to insure the safety of the public
- Informing the Senior Water Technician when supplies and chemicals are needed
- Taking appropriate steps in the event of a shut-down due to weather or other unplanned conditions
- Performing daily opening, operating, and closing procedures
- Taking ownership of job and pride in the area
- Acting professionally at all times
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Maintenance Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work in outside weather conditions to include extreme temperatures, wet and humid weather or airborne particles
- Some mechanical knowledge and background of pool maintenance preferred
- Willingness to learn about pool maintenance
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
