Responsibilities:
- Testing the pool-water hourly and as required and make any necessary adjustments in water chemistry to the specification’s required by Massachusetts Health Codes.
- Maintaining the filtration/circulation systems, including regular backwashing of the filter media and cleaning of the hair & lint strainers and skimmer baskets.
- Assist with general maintenance projects that include, but not limited to, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping and pressure washing.
- Maintaining the general pool area, and making any necessary minor repairs to insure the safety of the public
- Informing the Senior Water Technician when supplies and chemicals are needed
- Taking appropriate steps in the event of a shut-down due to weather or other unplanned conditions
- Performing daily opening, operating, and closing procedures
- Taking ownership of job and pride in the area
- Acting professionally at all times
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Maintenance Department

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work in outside weather conditions to include extreme temperatures, wet and humid weather or airborne particles
- Some mechanical knowledge and background of pool maintenance preferred
- Willingness to learn about pool maintenance

SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Head Coach for Women's Flag Football provides leadership, direction, and operational management for all aspects of the University's Women's Flag Football program, including practice and competition oversight, studentathlete recruitment and retention, budget preparation and management, supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, studentathlete development, competition scheduling, team travel coordination, and alumni and family engagement. The position also fulfills secondary responsibilities as an Assistant Football Coach, supporting the planning, instruction, recruiting, and daily operations of the Football program.
In carrying out these responsibilities, the incumbent follows the University's best practices to build and/or support student academic success and retention and assist in meeting strategic objectives for persistence and timely graduation of all the student population.
EXAMPLES OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Women's Flag Football Coaching & Program Management
- Performs all the duties associated with managing and serving as the Head Coach of women's flag football, including but not limited to managing practices and competitions, team recruitment and retention, budget management (e.g., equipment, recruiting, personnel), supervision and mentoring of assistant coaches, mentoring student-athletes, competition schedule development, transportation and meals for away contests, alumni and family engagement
- Ensures compliance with NCAA, Conference, and institutional policies and procedures, including the NCAA Principals of Ethical Conduct, and demonstrates professionalism on and off the field
- Reinforces the priorities health and safety through attention to the NCAA acclimatization rules, NCAA Sports Sciences Institute consensus statements, National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletics Equipment (NOCSAE) protective equipment standards, institutional policies and procedures, and best practices in collaboration with the Sports Medicine team
- Collaborates with department and campus partners to support team publicity. statistics, health and injury reporting, equipment management, and the upkeep of sport and locker room facilities

Football Assistant Coaching & Program Support
- Serves as the assistant coach for football, supporting the overall direction and daily operations of the program

Job Summary Reporting to the Sr.

Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, the Trade Compliance Associate supports the execution of international trade compliance activities to help ensure HellermannTyton North America operates in accordance with U.S. Customs and applicable foreign trade regulations. This position provides day-to-day operational and compliance support for import and export processes, including reviewing entry documentation, maintaining HTS classifications and Country of Origin (COO) data, and administering free trade agreement programs such as USMCA. The role assists with vendor solicitation and collection of COO and HTS certifications, maintains required trade documentation, and supports accurate duty application and trade remedy tracking. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
The Trade Compliance Associate is responsible for maintaining organized and accurate trade records, updating internal databases, and ensuring activities align with established corporate policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and issue Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificates, including USMCA, and other required trade program declarations for customers and affiliated entities.
- Perform FTA qualification analyses for manufactured and resale products in accordance with applicable U.S. trade agreement rules.
- Review and audit import entry documentation to ensure accurate HTS classification, Country of Origin (COO), trade remedy applicability (e.g., Section 232/301, IEEPA), and proper duty assessment.

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible to Lead B2B and B2C Retail Marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, drive product performance, and ensure strategic execution at the point of sale.

- Help execute retailer-specific digital marketing campaigns including banner ads, social media, brand pages etc.
- Planning and execution, including promotional, digital, and in-store shopper marketing activation, and E-commerce programs for our Karoun brand(s).
- Develop Shopper Point of Sale material & own inventory tracking.
- Execute digital coupons, analyze results, and present them to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Develop sell sheets and communicate with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage the calendar of all shopper Marketing and E-Commerce activities.
- Help analyze campaigns by working with Lactalis Category Management team in pulling syndicated data such as IRI.
- Gather creative assets from the Marketing Teams for relevant campaigns and coordinate with vendors.
- Help analyze E-Commerce activations by pulling reports and interpreting results.
- Help develop and publish A+ product content for E-Commerce uses in collaboration with vendors and Marketing.
- Pricing and Competitive Analysis by checking stores for all classes of trade on a regular basis and reporting to team.
- Manage Customer Portals/Digital Deals, responsible for monitoring our online presence through customer portals.
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan demo activity for our items.
- Work with Head of Marketing, marketing team, and sales in planning customer specific trade and marketing promotional calendars.
- Maintenance of Current Programs for All Customers, including promotional and new item contracts.
- Assist in preparation of food shows and attend events as needed.
- Responsible for managing the entire sample request proces.
- Attend select virtual and in-person calls with customers, including customer buying and marketing team.
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the monthly, quarterly, and/or annual marketing priorities.
- Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers or consumers..
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Analyzing the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and also confirm guidelines are respected..
- Update the competitor database by documenting new competitors, new products or developments, product prices, location, and customer feedback on competitors' products.
- Generate social media campaigns and activities to further increase brand awareness and exposure in liaison with marketing team.
- Identify marketing and PR opportunities as well as networking events.
- Organize and execute promotions including store, supermarket promotions and samplings.

The Trade Manager for our Foodservice business at Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. This leader is responsible for the overall strategic design, financial modeling, governance, and control of all trade promotional funding and spending across every Foodservice channel of business. Trade Investment Strategy & Planning: Own the annual and quarterly trade budget for the entire Foodservice P&L. Design, model, and recommend optimal trade structures by channel (Broadline, Chain, Regional, FMC, GPO, WIC/K-12) to align with commercial objectives and maximize net revenue.
Trade Governance & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company policies for all trade spending. Serve as the gatekeeper for all exceptions, ensuring that programs align with legal requirements, internal controls, and trade reporting standards.
Trade System Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end functionality and data integrity of the Trade Management system. Drive continuous improvement in trade planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
Deduction Management & Leakage Control: Lead the cross-functional effort to minimize unauthorized deductions and trade leakage. Work closely with Finance and Sales to validate, investigate, and resolve all claims from distributors and customers in a timely manner.
