Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources, customer service or sales preferred but not required
- 1+ year of Theme Park experience or experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Familiarization of UltiPro/UKG, Optim8, Smartsheet, and ICIMs helpful.

• Dispatch appropriate personnel based off of unit’s locations and call type.

• Patrol all areas of the park on foot to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to security and medical incidents across the property.
