Key Responsibilities:
- Support compensation and equity programs through Q2 2026.

- Execute components of the 2026 Annual Compensation Cycle, including merit and bonus program logistics.
- Research and track existing and planned 2026 equity commitments to support annual budgeting.
- Assist with development of 2026 equity budgets within Adaptive.
- Provide operational support for key equity administration activities, including grants, vesting events, and SOXβrelated processes.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of compensation experience with full-cycle exposure in a corporate environment (required).

- Familiarity with Workday and participation in HRIS configuration or testing projects (required).

The successful candidate will advise insurer and policyholder clients on a wide range of complex insurance coverage matters, including both counseling and litigation-related issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing insurance policies and advising on coverage issues.
- Handling declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation.
- Drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct research and writing.
- Manage matters from pretrial through trial.
- Handle a variety of litigation matters as required.
- Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes. This includes drafting coverage opinions/coverage analyses.
- Managing claims arising from construction, professional liability, D&O, E&O, and general liability matters.
- Collaborating with litigation teams and interacting directly with clients and carriers.
Requirements
- J.D. ideally gained at a t.40 nationally ranked law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance coverage work
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working with insurers and/or policyholders
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively in a team environment

Our client, a highly regarded San Franciscoβbased legal practice, is seeking a Senior Transactional Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to firm leadership and a busy transactional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy document production and redlining using Forte (required)
- Prepare and finalize transactional documents, including signature packets, tables of contents, macros, and complex formatting
- Provide billing support, including edits, markups, Excel-based data, and coordination of billing history
- Manage matter intake processes, including conflicts checks and data submission
- Draft correspondence, interpret handwritten notes, manage calendars, and schedule meetings
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and clear communication
- Support cross-training initiatives as part of broader administrative continuity planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm experience, ideally in a transactional practice
- Advanced Forte experience
- Strong document production, redlining, and Adobe skills
- Prior experience supporting senior attorneys or partners
Compensation & Benefits
