Role Summary: The Global Events Finance & Operations Analyst owns the financial processes, systems, and governance framework that enable our events organization to scale responsibly and efficiently.

Provide financial visibility and discipline across our portfolio Allocadia Ownership & Governance Serve as primary owner and subject matter expert for Allocadia within the organization.
Maintain accurate, real-time budget data and ensure forecasting integrity in our Allocadia.
Partner with Finance and MOPS to ensure budget tracking aligns with pipeline attribution and marketing performance metrics.
Procurement & PR/PO Management Provide end-to-end oversight of Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), including creation, coding, processing, and approvals.
Partner closely with Procurement to move contracts tied to PRs and POs efficiently through the system.
Manage invoicing follow-up and issue resolution to prevent delays in payment cycles.
Graphite Connect & Netsuite Administration (PR Function) Utilize Graphite Connect and Netsuite for PR tracking, vendor documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to address system enhancements or issues.
Ensure financial data integrity between Netsuite and Allocadia systems.
Budget Analysis & Reporting Analyze budget variances and provide insights to senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level reports, forecasts, and financial summaries for large-scale events and quarterly reviews.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Globalization Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the global roll out and localization of our product positioning. This role will have visible interactions in a highly matrixed organization to sales and clinical teams around the world. POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES
- Continuously partner with commercial sales and clinical support team to identify new tactical and strategic opportunities to drive growth
- Customize messaging and promotion strategies to the unique geographic, legal, ethical, regulatory and policy environment to ensure market success.
- Work closely with US Transplant Care Division Marketing team on marketing campaigns, communications, collateral and event coordination
- Identify and address regulatory challenges and opportunities in transplant legal & regulatory frameworks and policy changes country by country.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product management
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences technical field (biomedical engineering, biology, biochemistry, public health, etc.)
- Fundamental understanding of biology or human anatomy
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with experts from diverse skillsets and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, with the ability to adapt communication style based on context and individual

KEY PURPOSE:
The Senior Community Marketing Manager leads Speedo’s community, social, and media presence in North America, building meaningful connections with consumers, creators, and brand partners. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $107,300 to $147,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. KEY PURPOSE:
The Marketing Manager, USA - Endura will be the on‑the‑ground force driving Endura brand momentum across the market. The Sr. Manager of Marketing Science drives and executes strategic initiatives that improve our marketing data and analytics capabilities. How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.
The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.
What You'll Do:
- Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
- Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.
- Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.
- SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.
- Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.

- Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.

Position Summary

About the Role
We are seeking a Wholesale Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to collaborate with our sales team, retailers, and the Senior Director of Wholesale Digital Marketing & eCommerce. This role will drive Ariat brand awareness and sales while ensuring a consistent customer experience across our wholesalers' websites. Reporting to the Senior Director of Wholesale Digital Marketing & eCommerce, you will manage the day-to-day execution and communication for a high volume of digital marketing campaigns across multiple key accounts. You will serve as the marketing liaison between our sales team, brand marketing team, and retail partners. Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. Essential Functions
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate current and potential domestic and international suppliers based on total cost, quality, capability, and capacity.
- Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.
- Manage supplier negotiations focused on long-term value: pricing, terms, payment schedules, rebates, lead times, and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; drive continuous improvement via performance reviews, scorecards, and structured feedback.
- Analyze cost structures, supply chain risks, and industry dynamics to drive sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
