KEY PURPOSE:

The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.

Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
  • Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with planners to ensure SKU counts, margins, and budget parameters are achieved.
  • Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.


  • Coordinate key activities to ensure process and execute on time against agreed timelines with design and operations.
  • Partner with Regional Merchandising teams and Commercial Leads to ensure product viability throughout the process, procure and maintain global forecasts, plan revenue growth against targets, and preline with sales in markets.
  • Work closely with Asia Product Development to identify innovative solutions and technically advanced product ideas; prepare business cases where appropriate and maintain awareness of manufacturing environments and cost structures.
  • Understand production lead times and collaborate with Asia teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to the two-season development calendar.
  • Partner with Marketing to communicate product features and packaging requirements internally and externally; execute seasonal packaging, collateral, and workbooks.
  • Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
  • Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
  • Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
  • Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
  • Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
  • Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
  • Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
  • Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product merchandising or product management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge or experience in swimming is a plus.



Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.

KEY PURPOSE:

As our Inventory Planner, you are responsible for inventory management and development of a DC replenishment plan that satisfies demand and optimizes service vs cost objectives as defined by leadership. Your primary role is to plan inventory across core and fashion workflows, manage related planning systems (when applicable) for your portion of the business, and minimize stock excess and obsolescence. Through these actions, you will help improve the overall quality and carrying cost of the inventory while still meeting demand needs and service requirements.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create inventory plans and targets for different product workflows (Core, Fashion, & SMU) based on strategic direction and vision of Leadership.
  • Reconcile and revise Purchase Requisition commitments as needed through production lead time.
  • Manage/resolve stock-out occurrences and expedite products when needed given inventory position and outlook and report on associated costs.
  • Create and analyze recommendations of seasonal and SMU bulk greige commitments with Business and Forecast teams.
  • Manage bulk greige buy positioning, allocation, and inventory throughout seasonal finished good production.
  • Collaborate with associated planners & merchandisers to proactively manage impacts to the plan (e.g. demand changes, supply variability, etc.).
  • Begin inventory segmentation rule setting aligned to both sales and supply chain objectives.
  • Plan and track new item introduction across all workflows to ensure products are available to ship from across the network to meet target on-shelf dates.
  • Support leadership in preparation of monthly IBP process through creation and explanation of finished goods inventory forecast.
  • Based on strategic targets, managing planning parameters such as days of supply, order minimums, safety stock setting, lead time management, and maximum coverage.
  • Generate reports and support performance management process in such areas as stock high/low/outs, service levels to customer, weeks of supply vs goal, etc. Achieve KPI Targets.
  • Champion inventory/replenishment planning best practices and support continuous improvement in the inventory/replenishment planning and collaboration processes.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in Supply Chain management roles, including: inventory & distribution planning, inventory management, operations, buying/procurement, and/or logistics/distribution.
  • Consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
  • 1+ year with a leading inventory/replenishment planning solution or relevant experience with similar inventory & DRP modules and SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related focus preferred.
  • Ability to proactively lead collaborative efforts with commercial planners on inventory policies and impact of forecast changes.

KEY PURPOSE:

The Marketing Manager, USA will be the on-the-ground force driving Berghaus’ brand momentum across the market. Acting as the essential link between our Global HQ in London and our commercial, product, and retail teams in the US, this role will identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate brand growth in one of our highest potential markets. They will translate the global brand strategy into culturally relevant, locally resonant activity — collaborating with creative, media, and community partners to bring Berghaus to life for US consumers. Lead US Brand Activation & Campaign Execution

• Localize and execute global brand campaigns with excellence, ensuring creative relevance and market fit.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3–5 years of experience in community activation, experiential marketing, creator partnerships, and/or retail marketing within outdoor, sport, or lifestyle brands.

• A natural connector, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across creators, athletes, clubs, retailers, media, and community leaders.

KEY PURPOSE:

The Senior Community Marketing Manager leads Speedo’s community, social, and media presence in North America, building meaningful connections with consumers, creators, and brand partners. This role oversees PR agency management, ambassador and affiliate programs, influencer marketing, grassroots activations, and brand-driven partnerships. With responsibility for PR, social media, community events, and the build toward LA28, this role ensures Speedo shows up with cultural relevance, resonance, and impact across the water-loving community. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including global marketing, regional merchandise and creative, as well as external agencies, the manager will ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and alignment with global business objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Public Relations & Media

  • Lead PR agency partnership, overseeing earned media strategy, campaign storytelling, and message amplification.
  • Adapt global PR/media strategies to the North America market, ensuring consistent messaging and strong regional relevance.
  • Cultivate media relationships to drive brand heat, coverage, and awareness in both endemic and lifestyle outlets.

KEY PURPOSE:

The Marketing Manager, USA - Endura will be the on‑the‑ground force driving Endura brand momentum across the market. This role must seamlessly balance retail marketing with community-building and is pivotal to how Endura shows up in one of our highest‑potential regions. Acting as the essential link between our Global HQ in London and our US commercial, product, and retail teams, they will own the translation of global strategy into locally resonant retail marketing plans across key wholesale partners—shaping seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in‑store storytelling that drive visibility, relevance, and sell‑through. Beyond retail, they will cultivate meaningful community presence by identifying authentic ways Endura can engage riders, advocates, and local partners in the US market. This is a hybrid strategic hands‑on role, ultimately this person ensures Endura shows up with impact, consistency, and relevance across the US landscape.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead US Brand Activation & Campaign Execution

  • Localize and execute global brand campaigns with excellence, ensuring creative relevance and market fit.
  • Manage and brief creative & PR agencies to deliver high-impact brand and product storytelling and distribute.
  • Oversee all US brand moments, launches, retail activations, and creator partnerships.

Be the Market Lens & Local Connection Point

  • Responsible for capturing insight, trends, competitive shifts, and industry movements.
  • Represent the US voice in global strategic discussions, ensuring the market’s needs are understood and prioritized.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with US commercial, merchandising, retail, and product teams.

Drive Brand Growth Through Retail Marketing

  • Own and deliver the US retail marketing strategy across key wholesale partners — leading seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store storytelling that drives brand visibility, relevance, and sell-through.
  • Translate global brand strategy into locally resonant retail execution, working closely with US commercial, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure the brand shows up consistently, credibly, and distinctively at every consumer touchpoint.
  • Plan, manage, and measure retail marketing investment, own budgets, defining success metrics, and continuously optimizing activity based on performance, insight, and commercial impact.

Strengthen US Content, Social & Community Presence

  • Work with global teams to scale content output from the US, ensuring consistent storytelling and higher channel performance.
  • Partner with local creators, photographers, athletes, and grassroots cycling communities to deepen engagement.
  • Ensure Endura global brand voice translates authentically in a US context.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing and community activation within the cycling industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • A natural connector, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across creators, athletes, clubs, retailers, media, and community leaders.
  • Understanding of the U.S. cycling retail landscape, across specialty outdoor, IBDs and marketplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with retail partners to unlock space, visibility, and activation opportunities across POS, visual merchandising, shop‑in‑shops, windows, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience delivering real‑world activations, including community events, rides, launches, seeding programs, partnerships, trade shows, and retail moments.
  • Experience briefing and managing creators and partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand, culturally relevant content.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage partners, launches, and activation calendars simultaneously.

KEY PURPOSE:

The Sports Marketing and Team Sales Representative will manage a territory that includes teams and clubs. This position will be responsible for managing contract deliverables for sponsored teams, athletes, and coaches while actively driving team sales through sponsorship and promotional programs. The SMR will also support sales and accounts at events.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sponsorship

  • Identify and create new team contracts to leverage sponsorships within local swim teams markets.
  • Review details of sponsorship contracts and agreements with Speedo coaches.
  • Review and carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, event participation with Speedo sales reps and Team Dealers.
  • Carryout sponsorship details, event outfitting, and event participation with sponsored teams.
  • Coordinate orders through B2B sponsored team website for equipment for teams attending National meets.
  • Maintain Salesforce team sponsorship database with all team and coach contract deliverables, financial responsibilities, and coach/team contact details.
  • Assist in forecasting potential promotional items and product needs for Speedo incentive programs.
  • Reference contracts for all outfitting to ensure teams are staying within contract allotment.
  • Following up with teams, dealers, and reps regarding outstanding orders.
  • Maintain team sponsorship database with order numbers, team notes, and remaining support allowance.
  • Coordinate all team sales details with AE and Team Dealer, yearly.
  • Present contracts in person to decision makers, ensuring all parties understand obligations in full and how they will be fulfilled.
  • Review contracts regularly ensuring obligations are being met by all parties.
  • Effectively manage the travel budget to optimize team visits and swim meet responsibilities.
  • Present product line to teams yearly to confirm outfitting which should be shared with Team Dealer.
  • Work with AE, Team Dealer and Sports Marketing Manager to identify new teams.
  • Review all aspects of Speedo sponsorship programs, contracts, and teams/coaches under agreement with Team Dealers.
  • Coordinate with Sales Rep and Sports Marketing Manager to manage information, sponsorship, and promotional programs with Team Dealer Ambassadors.
  • Engage with partners on the pool deck at events. make contact and build relationships with coaches, athletes, and event personnel.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all events and meetings.


Event fulfillment

  • Attend industry events, National/Local swim meets and tradeshows.
  • Work with selected accounts and sales reps at various events to promote brand.
  • Assist with on-site booth set-up, merchandising, and restocking.
  • Work with Athlete Coordinators to organize on-site athlete appearances and leverage appearances in the local competitive swimming community.

Product

  • Liaison to athletes and coaches in development and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Competitive Swimming and detailed knowledge of the swim industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills.
  • Retail math skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Outside sales and support role with basic office responsibilities.
  • Physically need to support events by lifting up to 25lbs, standing for long periods of time.

KEY PURPOSE

The Sports Marketing Manager leads Speedo’s athlete and partnership strategy across North America. This role owns the development, execution, and performance of Speedo’s athlete, NIL, federation, university partnerships, ensuring investments drive brand leadership, cultural relevance, and measurable commercial impact.

As a “player-coach,” this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on partnership management, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and athletes to elevate Speedo’s presence from grassroots to elite levels.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Athlete & Partnership Strategy

  • Co-create and execute the North America athlete and partnership strategy in alignment with Global athlete strategy, with ownership of Premier, National, NIL, and regional partnerships.
  • Own relationship strategy for Team Speedo athletes, alumni, legends, coaches, agents, and key partners.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with North America–based Team Speedo athletes and partners, and coordinate with Global teams on in-market activation of Global athletes.
  • Support athlete contract negotiations, renewals, and onboarding in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Global teams.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of emerging and established athletes.
  • Lead Speedo’s NIL strategy, ensuring athletes align with brand values and long-term growth ambitions.

Federation, University & Team Partnerships

  • Own Speedo’s highest-impact partnerships with federations, universities, and teams.
  • Partner closely with Team Sales to ensure partnerships drive brand visibility, product adoption, and wholesale ROI.

Activations & Events

  • Set activation standards and ensure high-quality execution across athlete, partnership and event initiatives.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Sports Marketing, Brand, Social, Product and Sales teams through clear role definition and communication.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and optimize sponsorship ROI, athlete performance, and partnership outcomes.
  • Deliver clear reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure activations drive measurable brand and commercial results, including on-site retail impact.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5–7 years of experience in sports marketing, athlete management, or sponsorships - ideally within swim, Olympic, or performance sports.
  • Deep understanding of NIL, collegiate sports, and partnership marketing.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting partnerships with federations, athletic programs, or sports organizations.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills with athletes, agents, and sports partners.
