KEY PURPOSE:
The Marketing Manager, USA will be the on-the-ground force driving Berghausβ brand momentum across the market. Acting as the essential link between our Global HQ in London and our commercial, product, and retail teams in the US, this role will identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate brand growth in one of our highest potential markets. They will translate the global brand strategy into culturally relevant, locally resonant activity β collaborating with creative, media, and community partners to bring Berghaus to life for US consumers. This is a hybrid strategicβhands-on role: part market specialist, part brand builder, part orchestrator. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead US Brand Activation & Campaign Execution

Strengthen US Content, Social & Community Presence

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
β’ 3β5 years of experience in community activation, experiential marketing, creator partnerships, and/or retail marketing within outdoor, sport, or lifestyle brands.
β’ A natural connector, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across creators, athletes, clubs, retailers, media, and community leaders.
β’ Hands-on experience delivering real world activations, including community events, rides, hikes, launches, seeding programs, partnerships, trade shows, and retail moments.
β’ Experience briefing and managing creators and partners to deliver high quality, on brand, culturally relevant content.
β’ Understanding of the U.S. outdoor landscape, including mountain and adventure communities, cultural moments, specialty outdoor retail, and wholesale dynamics.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.

The Associate Buyer is a key member of the team tasked with elevating one of our iconic brands at TR Retail LLC, and successfully growing its business in our retail and ecommerce stores. The role works closely with the Brand Director, Product Merchandising, and Marketing to inform how the buy is built and executed at retail. With support from the Director of Merchandising and Inventory Lifecycle Management (the Director), the Associate Buyer will formulate and execute buying and assortment strategies to maximize sales, net profit, and store performance for the assigned categories. The Associate Buyer is responsible for the overall health of inventory, maintaining proper stock levels and assortments through detailed analysis for the retail and online stores. - Responsible for hard bid, negotiated, and design/build projects in both the public and private sector
- Managing all aspects of large construction projects from bidding, start-up, construction, and closeout

KEY PURPOSE:
The Sports Marketing and Team Sales Representative will manage a territory that includes teams and clubs. This position will be responsible for managing contract deliverables for sponsored teams, athletes, and coaches while actively driving team sales through sponsorship and promotional programs. The SMR will also support sales and accounts at events.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and create new team contracts to leverage sponsorships within local swim teams markets.

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedoβs global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.

- Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
- Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
- Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
- Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
- Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
- Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
- Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in product merchandising or product management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge or experience in swimming is a plus.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
