Job Overview
The Area Director of Revenue Management is responsible for the maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space for multiple hotels. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. Works with hotel leaders to recommend and identify future markets, hotel opportunities, guide hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering.
Responsibilities
- Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space of assigned hotels.
- Partners with GMs’ and Sales Leaders’ to ensure a strategic mix of business and pricing strategies are set based on market conditions to achieve sell out efficiency, targeted marketing, maximized revenue, profitability and Annual Budget/Business Plans are aligned.
- Effectively works with people, creating teamwork, taking charge, generating enthusiasm, motivating and using an uplifting and lead-by-example leadership approach.
- Ensure sales training is provided to Front Office and Reservation associates.
- Continuous analysis of competitive set, price positioning, seasonality and mix.
- Use all Yield Management tools available to maximize efforts. Develop appropriate selling strategies to include recommendations on rate, arrival patterns, length of stay, and discount rate availability.
- Manage property participation and production through relevant Internet sites and other distribution channels (CRO, GDS, ADS, and Travel Agency Consortiums).
- Build/maintain relationships w/OTA Market Managers and ensure best representation on 3rd party web sites.
- Develop monthly room’s revenue forecast to be accurate within 5%.
- Review & analysis of Online Reputation management tool and online marketing analytics.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
- Direct Reports Where Applicable: Group Coordinator, Reservations Sales Agents, Inventory Manager or Sales Reporting & System Analyst.
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
Four year degree preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required. Multi-property experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent knowledge of transient, group, and catering customer segments.
- Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills.
- Excellent understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.

Location: New York City (Overseeing all NYC Cipriani properties)
POSITION PURPOSE:
Cipriani is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Director of Security to lead all security operations across our New York City locations. This role is responsible for protecting our guests, employees, assets, and brand reputation while maintaining the elevated service standards synonymous with Cipriani. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong leadership, risk management expertise, and hospitality-minded professionalism.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Oversee and standardize security operations across all NYC Cipriani properties, including restaurants, private clubs, event spaces, and corporate offices
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Lead, train, and manage all security personnel (in-house and third-party), ensuring consistent coverage, performance, and professionalism
- Serve as the primary liaison with NYPD, FDNY, emergency services, and relevant regulatory agencies
- Obtain and maintain all necessary FDNY licenses and certifications required to operate all Cipriani restaurants, clubs, and event venues
- Conduct regular risk assessments, site audits, and vulnerability analyses across all locations
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA and NYC-specific workplace safety standards
- Oversee and enforce emergency evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and workplace safety drills across all locations
- Monitor adherence to food safety, crowd management, and event safety protocols in collaboration with Operations and Culinary teams
- Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting related to theft, disturbances, emergencies, or safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and security regulations
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership on security strategy, incident management, and preventative measures
- Oversee security technology systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and recommend upgrades as needed
- Lead security planning for high-profile guests, VIPs, private events, and large-scale activations
- Develop and manage the security budget, vendor relationships, and contracts
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
- 8–12+ years of progressive security leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury retail, private clubs, or multi-site operations
- Prior experience managing security across multiple NYC locations strongly preferred

The Installation Manager oversees the execution of product installations from start to finish. Position Summary

The Director of Student Account Services oversees the Student Account Services functions of the University of Montana, including the payment phase of the registration process and application of all financial aid which requires experience administering student accounts and knowledge of FERPA. - Responsible for overseeing the completion of the monthly updates and reporting any pertinent changes to the responsible party.
- Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
- Ensures the resident's service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.
- Participates in community awareness activities and community relations.
- Maintains communications with resident's family and/or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
- Informs the Business Office of fee changes related to care needs, if applicable.
- Schedules clinical staff on a monthly basis.
- Ensures adequate clinical supplies are available.
- Participates in a rotating on-call schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to assist in leading our company. This position calls for a highly experienced operations professional with outstanding experience in the fine, luxury jewelry space. This role requires strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. This role requires an ability to lead an experienced 48 person team, multi-task, problem solve and assure that complex departments and teams function at a high level. The right candidate will have the opportunity to lead an outstanding group of highly experienced professionals as well as work closely with ownership and our executive team.

- Manage people, processes and outcomes with great attention to detail & excellence.

- Coordinate with various department managers, vendors, team members & ownership.

Requirements
- Ten years’ experience or greater, in the fine, luxury jewelry space
- Knowledgeable and comfortable working with P&L management and budgeting
- Strong financial skills, understanding of employment law, HR best practices.
- Project management, physical plant management, people management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, delegate and work within a team environment

Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to meet the needs of individual patients throughout assigned areas. Responsible for the collection and analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures. Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Performs tasks, duties and/or complex tests in all areas of the laboratory assigned according to established laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, COLA accreditation requirements and hospital standards.
- Collects and processes specimens utilizing protocols and technical knowledge.
- Performs quality control, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting protocols to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, procedures.
- Validates and delivers results of tests performed and assists with all technical troubleshooting and quality assurance issues.
- Follows established safety practices including biohazards, exposure control plan (blood-borne pathogens), infection control to include standard precautions, employee right to know (hazardous chemicals), and chemical hygiene standard and maintains required documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local, regulations.
- Assist with performing proficiency testing for each test to include corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and foster collaboration among clinical departments and affiliated services to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to providing laboratory services and resolution of customer complaints or problems.
- Coordinate and perform all pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic laboratory activities in collaboration with the Laboratory Director and Technical Consultant
- Assist with patient care and other activities within the scope of state license and/or regulations. May include, but not limited to, phlebotomy, IV starts, initiating EKGs, vital signs, height and weight, intake and output, pulse oximetry and superficial wound care.
- Provide for patient safety related to age and condition
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times
- Provide and maintain a clean, safe environment and perform and/or assist others to perform proper aseptic technique, isolation procedures, and infection control measures
- Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of the patient
- Prepare patients and chaperone during examinations/procedures or assists with other patient treatments
