Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Texas Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator to lead our NEW agency in providing exceptional services to children in need of foster care placement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with Texas state regulations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care. This is a rewarding leadership role where you can make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the child placing agency, ensuring compliance with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Supervise, train, and evaluate agency staff to ensure high standards of care, service, and professionalism.
* Coordinate the placement of children into foster care homes based on their specific needs and ensure appropriate match-making.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure safe and effective foster placements.
* Provide leadership and support to foster parents, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of children in care.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records, ensuring all documentation is in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
* Conduct regular home visits, interviews, and evaluations of foster homes to ensure compliance and assess the safety and appropriateness of placements.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community partners, including DFPS, other child welfare agencies, and service providers.
* Lead the development and implementation of training programs for foster parents and staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
* Monitor the progress of children in foster care, ensuring their well-being, educational needs, and mental health are being met.
* Manage the financial aspects of the agency, including budgeting, billing, and funding sources.
* Participate in quality improvement activities, addressing issues, and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

* Current Texas Child Placing Agency Administrator License.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or child placement services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
* Knowledge of Texas child welfare laws, DFPS regulations, and foster care practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment for staff, foster parents, and children.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Experience in managing a child placing agency or working in foster care services.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care and child development.

Job Summary

Manages nursing home staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record-keeping. Manages nursing staff assigned to a particular shift within the nursing home. Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a

minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.

Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice. Nurses performing nursing practice over

the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside. Certification may be required depending

on specialty or service area.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards related to the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident as per care plan. Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with resident, health care providers, and the public. Job Summary

Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of resident care. Facilitates the optimization of the geriatric care process to improve the quality and efficiency of service. Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel. Effectively manages and directs the work of individuals or teams.

Maintains communication and addresses the rapidly changing healthcare environment in which clinical services are delivered across the system. Leads the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, procedures and protocols ensuring system integration and adherence of clinical programs, policies, procedures and protocols ensuring system integration and adherence. Monitors operations of nursing staff and ensures compliance with regulations on organizational and governmental standards and practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society (GSS) locations only, employees who do not possess a Bachelor's degree, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor's degree within five years of hire into position. Additionally for Rural Health Network facilities Good Samaritan Society (GSS) locations, for current employees, leadership may have considered acceptable qualifications and work experience equivalency based on facility size, rural market, and business need, prior to new Sanford education requirements.
