* Create a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional facility environment.
4. Operational Excellence

Qualifications
* 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, fitness, sports performance, or service-based business.
* Experience as a prior GM of a consumer-facing business
* Proven track record of driving revenue and managing performance metrics.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for basketball training and athlete development preferred.
* High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.

Position Summary
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a multi-family apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, team leadership, and maintenance coordination. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and the corporate team, while ensuring the community operates in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Core Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
* Lead, coach, and supervise onsite team members, including leasing and maintenance staff
* Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention
* Manage resident relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues professionally
* Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
* Monitor expenses and financial performance
* Review and approve invoices, and vendor contracts
* Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely unit turns and property upkeep
* Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, local ordinances, and company policies
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using property management software
* Build positive relationships with vendors, clients, and ownership representatives
* Represent the Company in a professional and customer-focused manner
* Perform additional duties as assigned by Portfolio Manager
All responsibilities are performed under the direction and approval of the assigned Portfolio Manager, and duties may be adjusted based on operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management
* Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager required
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with property management software
* Knowledge of Washington landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
* Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed

Support Analyst (Telephony)
The Role
You will maintain the reliability of our network by configuring RingCentral cloud services. Your daily tasks include troubleshooting circuit issues, integrating voice services with our data networks, and using JAMF to manage a corporate iPhone fleet. You will also coordinate with vendors and analyze system traffic to ensure uninterrupted service.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience with RingCentral platforms.
- Experience with enterprise phone systems and cloud solutions for mobile device fleet.
- Hands-on experience managing JAMF MDM.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex circuit, switching, and connectivity problems.

We are hiring an E-Learning Developer and Instructional Designer who can own training creation from concept through company-wide launch. As a member of the Training Team, this role works closely with Subject Matter Experts to transform real-world processes into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Training Development Ownership
- Partner directly with SMEs to define training goals, target audience, and desired behavior change
- Collect and organize raw inputs including SOPs, decks, screenshots, and notes.
- Translate raw information into clear learning outcomes, structured outlines, and scripted narration.
- Move projects forward independently, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed from kickoff to completion.
E-Learning Design and Build
- Design and build interactive courses using Articulate Rise 360
- Use videos & interactive blocks intentionally to reinforce critical learning points and behavior changes
- Focus on clarity, flow, and strong storytelling over unnecessary complexity
Instructional Video Production
- Film a variety of A-roll instructional videos, including SME-led walk-throughs and process demonstrations
- Plan and capture video footage in active construction environments
- Edit raw footage into concise, learner-friendly videos with clean audio, clear narrative flow, and purposeful pacing
Review, Finalization, and Publishing
- Lead SME reviews using Articulate Review 360
- Incorporate feedback while protecting learner experience and content clarity
- Finalize and publish courses using Articulate Reach 360
- Support internal rollout messaging to reinforce purpose and value of the training

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Review 360, Articulate Reach 360, Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator
- Proven experience building interactive E-Learning
- Solid video filming and editing experience (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Working with SMEs to extract and organize raw data into clear, simple, learning experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, engineering, or operations training
- Experience filming in active or real-world environments
- Experience developing learning content using the ADDIE model, or similar

As an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, you will be...
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients and hotel partners.
- Actively prospect and develop new opportunities within designated market territories as currently structured.
- Oversee the development of pricing strategies; ensure alignment with margin targets and financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service through the creative development and fulfillment of program content.
- Represent Cohera at national industry events, local industry events, tradeshows and conferences, as required by Supervisor and General Manager.
- Promote destination and company capabilities via sales trips and formal presentations to incentive and corporate clients and hotels, as required by your supervisor and General Manager.
- Develop and nurture consistent relationships with key hotels/hoteliers including but not limited to hotel sales drops, site visits, and hotel outings in collaboration with Business Development (when applicable).
- Organize Familiarization (fam) tours for clients and prospective clients, and directly oversee all local sales-related special projects, including, but not limited to: local client events, hotelier appreciation events, sponsorship and promotional commitments, and planning/execution of sales events with various hotel partners both locally and nationally.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with hoteliers, vendors, CVB, industry consortiums, local clients, and third parties.
- Actively participate in regularly scheduled sales strategy meetings with General Manager or Senior/Director of Sales and Business Development (if applicable). Use of extensive expertise of current and upcoming industry trends and maintaining knowledge of assigned markets and hotel partners via compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Develop sales strategies and meet or exceed minimum margin expectations and quotas through program development in accordance with personal sales goals.
- Work as a team with Design and Development Managers, Account Coordinators, Business Development and Strategic Team (if applicable) through production of proposals and maintain oversight over the program details, client relationship, pricing and deadlines throughout the sales process ensuring that deadlines are met both internally and with the clients.
- Conduct site inspections with client working with the Design and Development Manager, Account Coordinator, Strategic Team (if applicable), and Business Development (if applicable) in setting up appointments and creating a timeline. Review the site book to ensure accuracy.
- Understand the site inspection policy and communicate billing procedures to Design and Development and Event Management.
- Maintain Salesforce database with current and future client contact information and needs.
- Record all client communication in Salesforce.
- Proactively reach out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously searching and closing new business.
- Participate in turn-over meeting with Event Manager and Design, Development Manager, Strategic Team (if applicable). Providing key insight into the client, company and program.
- Provide continuous service to customers from program inception through completion, attending pre-convention meetings and maintaining visible presence throughout program operations.

- Six or more years total work experience with a minimum of three years of hospitality (DMC or hotel) experience.
- Two years of sales related experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the local destination offerings such as restaurants, clubs, festivals, tours, and venues.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience using computers, phones, copiers, smart phones, tablets, and other standard office equipment.
