The Role:
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review of mechanical bid tabs as well as exhibit B in contract
- Responsible for interviewing and selecting sub-contractors for each project
- Responsible for day-to-day management of MEP sub-contractors
- Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP monthly requisitions
- Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP change orders
- Responsible for site walks to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, including schedule updates
- Responsible for direct communication with BIM/VDC personal and Superintendent to ensure coordination is on track with schedule
- Work with A/E team to develop successful solutions to coordination items
- Responsible for the review all MEP submittals
- Responsible for obtaining all documentation from inspections and testing (varies on size of job)
- Responsible for overseeing the MEP & FP contractor as well as the Commissioning agent
- Responsible for coordinating and working with any Owner third party MEP contractors or testing agencies
- Responsible for obtaining all mechanical close out documentation; as builts, attic stock and O&Ms
- Coordinate multi trade portions of the project; example - curtain wall with security, electrical and door hardware
- Develop and monitor equipment delivery logs, organize submittal process for long lead items first
- Attend weekly owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, coordination meeting and field meetings
- Obtain approval/sign off from any and all AHJs
- Work with retail and/or tenant fit out where applicable
- Develop work lists, and complete MEP punch list
- Coordinate owner training and turnover
- Work with all public utility companies to ensure project requirements are met. Including temporary electrical, steam, and natural gas
- Coordinate and direct as needed all parties to successfully complete life safety inspections
- Coordinate between trades and documents; electrical requirements for mechanical are correct. Light power match electrical drawings etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (technical/engineering degree) Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems
- Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong computer skills are required i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications
- Complete understanding of BIM/VDC coordination including various hit detection programs
- Knowledge of Local, City, State, and International building codes for the location of the project
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, and LEED requirements
- Extensive knowledge of testing and balancing and commissioning practices
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager/Delivery Manager to lead a major Workday HCM implementation for a global biotech organization. This person will serve as the primary project driver and HR-facing point of contact, partnering closely with HR leadership, the selected System Integrator (SI), and internal technical teams.
Rate range: $85-$90 per hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday implementation experience, strong knowledge of integrations and data conversion, and the ability to provide both strategic guidance and tactical execution during a multi-phase Workday rollout.
This is a high-visibility role designed to support the Workday go‑live and evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, with a planned conversion to full-time in 2027 as the team grows.
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery for the Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation.
- Serve as the main liaison between HR, the SI, internal IT teams, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, decision logs, and overall program governance.
HCM Implementation & Design Support
- Partner with HR SMEs and SI to support business requirements, design sessions, configuration discussions, and functional validation.
- Act as the “voice of reason” to ensure alignment, quality, and adherence to best practices.
Integrations & Data
- Lead the integration workstream in partnership with internal technical resources.
- Provide expertise on integration strategy, sequencing, and data flow requirements.
- Support data migration planning, load sequencing, reconciliation, and validation (QA, sanity checks).
- Collaborate with teams to prepare, cleanse, and validate data for conversion cycles.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist with Workday reporting needs, ensuring HR has the necessary outputs for testing, go-live, and post‑production support.
Audit & Compliance
- Advise on Workday’s built-in audit capabilities and assess whether external tools may be needed.
- Provide recommendations for audit frameworks, controls, and ongoing data quality processes.
Go-Live & Hypercare
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post‑launch stabilization.
- Act as ongoing business support until the role transitions into a full-time HR tech function.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience including at least 2–3 full implementation cycles.
- Strong background in project management or delivery management roles within HR technology.
- Experience partnering with or managing SIs during Workday deployments.
- Hands-on exposure to data conversion, integrations, reporting, and functional validation.
- Ability to guide HR stakeholders, challenge technical recommendations, and drive clarity and alignment.
- Excellent communication skills, comfort leading cross-functional teams, and strong decision-making abilities.
- Workday certification a plus, but not required.
- Experience with PeopleSoft is not required.
Nice-to-Haves

Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer 3 Senior Manufacturing Engineer provides a key technical interface to a critical contract manufacturing relationship. The contract manufacturer provides a system consisting of electromechanical capital equipment as well as high-volume sterile disposables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute validation plans, including IQ of process equipment and OQ and or PQ of manufacturing processes.
- Lead manufacturing implementation of sustaining design initiatives.
- Detect, conceptualize, and execute improvement opportunities using a series of Lean and related tools and methodologies.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to oversee financial operations and support our growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and based in our Johnston, Iowa office, this role will manage day-to-day accounting, enhance reporting and controls, drive profitability analysis, and contribute to strategic initiatives including budgeting, cost management, and process improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee core accounting operations, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), banking transactions (daily reconciliations, funds transfers, ACH/wire setup and approvals), and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, verify and set up vendor payments, approve ACH/wires, and handle recurring monthly entries (e.g., auto-deducts, commissions).
- Prepare weekly cash reports, review and modify A/P selections, process payroll journal entries, and make month-end expense/accrual entries to support accurate financial close.
- Enhance financial reporting through timely monthly/quarterly/annual statements, in-depth reviews, GL code restructuring, and development of meaningful metrics and dashboards.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor variances and provide insights to management.
- Analyze profitability by product line, segment, and customer; refine cost accounting systems (job costing, variances) to improve pricing and decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities; evaluate spending trends and recommend efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with sales tax filings, excise tax reporting, insurance renewals, and regulatory requirements.
- Document key financial processes for consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.
- Lead collections on aged receivables, resolution of past-due payables (including vendor coordination for missing invoices), and cleanup of historical misapplications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on ERP utilization (Acumatica), financial reviews, and strategic projects.
- Manage and mentor 1-3 accounting staff and respond to internal/external financial inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing company ($20M–$60M revenue ideal).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Acumatica a plus), advanced Excel, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting, improve processes, and deliver accurate, timely reporting.
- Experience with banking operations (ACH/wires, reconciliations), payroll, sales/excise tax compliance, and insurance administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of driving profitability insights and cost reductions.
- Strong communication skills to present financial data clearly to executive and operational teams.

Position Summary
The Associate Medical Director is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Associate Medical Director assumes responsibility for the medical component of the assigned Interdisciplinary Team. S/he does not replace the patient's primary physician but serves in a consultative, supportive role. S/he functions as a liaison between the medical community and Compassus. The Associate Medical Director provides support to both corporate and program staff, intercedes with attending physicians and facilities, and provides community and physician education and development.
Position Specific Responsibilities
• Assumes responsibility for the medical component of the assigned Interdisciplinary (IDT).
• Develops proficiency in Clinical Services activities including, but not limited to, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, corporate policies, provider contracts, and quality improvement.
• Makes determination regarding admission to hospice while considering the primary, terminal condition, related diagnosis(es), current subjective and objective medical findings, current medication and treatment orders, and information about the medical management of any of the patient’s conditions unrelated to the terminal illness.
• Provides written certification and composes narrative statement of eligibility (after determination of appropriateness) that it is anticipated that the patient’s life expectancy is six months or less if the illness runs its normal course.
• Provides medical guidance and expertise in decisions regarding patient care.
• Attends and participates in weekly IDT meetings.
• Reviews clinical information and composes narrative statement of eligibility before the recertification period for each patient, and participates in recertification at appropriate intervals as specified by law.
• Meets the general medical needs of the patients to the extent that these needs are not met by the attending physician.
• Consults with the interdisciplinary team during a crisis situation when primary physician cannot be reached.
• Makes home visits to hospice patients if needed.
• Functions as liaison between the medical community and the hospice.
• Offers insight from the medical community to the hospice staff.
• Consults with patient’s primary physician regarding appropriateness of specific treatments and procedures.
• Assists with physician and facility communication and public relations.
• Actively collaborates regarding the QAPI activities of the agency.
• Develops recommendations for resolution for the PIP resulting in agency intervention.
• Inputs into policy/procedure formulation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Ph.D. Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required.
- Hospice and/or palliative care experience required.
Skills
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
- An active and unencumbered licensed Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopath in the state(s) of employment required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions.
