Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: Summary The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and managing the e.l.f. demand forecasts for 3 -5 North American accounts. Contract role for 6-9 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to predict future demand.
- Work closely with Customer Supply Chain and Sales teams to understand market drivers, promotional impacts, and customer purchasing patterns
- Lead Pre-S&OP meetings to align on weekly consumption and shipment forecasts with cross functional teams.
- Accountable for maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, pareto of item/customer demand, etc.)
- Process lead for establishing best practices with counter parts in sales, customer supply chain and supply planning.
- 2 to 5 years' experience within Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Operations experience in a cosmetics or CPG manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity; >$50 million revenue, high-SKU, national distribution, big box retail customer base, and rapidly changing product line / SKU mix.
- Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience; inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and leading cross-functional business processes from a starting point of limited maturity and sophistication; experience managing cross-functional teams. Nimble and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Experience building driver-based forecasts for a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recapture.
- Bachelor's degree minimum, advance degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of planning process within CPG, fashion, or seasonal products.
- High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work autonomously across functions to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completion.

We're looking for a highly organized Print Project Manager to join our growing skincare brand. In this role, you'll manage the creation, execution, and production of all print materials, trade show assets, and PR Kits from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with our Operations PM to stay on top of critical dates and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You'll collaborate with designers, brand marketing, product development teams, regulatory, and production partners to ensure each print project moves smoothly from initial design through final production.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging/Print Development
- Lead end-to-end print production timelines for packaging, trade shows, PR Kits, and other marketing collateral
- Manage all print workflows including layout design, copywriting, and proofing.

- 5+ years of experience in print project management, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or CPG space

The Director, Demand Planning will own end-to-end demand forecasting and play a key role in enabling confident decision-making through clear insights, disciplined planning processes, and strong cross-functional partnership. What You'll Do
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):
- Support the company's S&OP process with a primary focus on demand alignment, forecast integrity, and assumption clarity.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams to incorporate business strategy, promotional plans, and launch timing into demand forecasts.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve forecast accuracy metrics and planning performance indicators.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting:

About the Role
The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets.
