Maintain accurate records of injuries, and treatments, and provide insurance claim forms for sports injuries treated by a physician.

Manage and approve student Athletic Clearance for participation, including physicals and FHSAA required documents.

Sub coverage for the physical education department teachers that are a part of the CCA coaching staff.

  • Defend employers in employment litigation matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant disputes
  • Handle class and collective action litigation, including discovery strategy and motion practice
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and agency position statements
  • Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance issues, and day-to-day employment law matters
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues while managing matters independently as appropriate

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing
  • 3 to 5 years of employment litigation experience, including class or collective actions
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and persuasive advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Seattle-market base salary range: Approximately $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience and qualifications β€” consistent with current compensation for mid-level litigation associates in the Seattle area.
