About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services across two hospital locations requiring cross-credentialing between Nor-Lea Hospital District and Covenant Health Hospital. Daily responsibilities include managing anesthesia care for 3 points of service consisting of 2 operating rooms and 1 gastroenterology suite during Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The clinician will handle diverse case mix including general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedic, endocrine, and podiatry procedures with regional block proficiency preferred. Call requirements include every third day coverage and 2 weeks per quarter for ENT cases.

The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients by delivering customized financial solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships (includes collection efforts), and ensuring the profitability and credit quality of the portfolio. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.

Credit and Lending
- Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness of clients.

Portfolio Management

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with credit analysts, commercial services, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.

Job Responsibilities
* Underwrite and recommend action on loan applications to small and mid-size commercial businesses and professional practices based on current SBA guidelines. Loans range in size from $200,000 to $5,000,000 and include loans to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, equipment, business and professional practice acquisitions, business expansions and debt refinancing.
* Apply conventional judgmental analysis as the primary underwriting method.
* Provide detailed requests for credit approval including financial statement analysis, business history, collateral adequacy, credit background & management's ability in order to determine credit worthiness.
* Identify and properly mitigate credit weaknesses and policy exceptions.
* Act as a liaison between credit administration and the sales team with frequent direct client contact, as necessary.
* Determine and assign credit risk ratings.
* Review and evaluate third party reports.
* As directed, provide ongoing portfolio management of the loan portfolio through annual reviews, renewal of existing credit facilities, monitoring financial and covenant compliance, and servicing modification requests.
