Job Summary:
Clinical Dietitian - Kennestone - Part Time
Practices as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team responsible for the provision of medical nutrition therapy. Fosters continuity of the Nutrition Care Process across all phases of the continuum of care as recommended by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Performs nutrition assessment for patients identified to be at nutrition risk based on criteria outlined by the hospital and best practice standards. Calculates metabolic nutrient requirements according to the age and disease specific needs of patients. Performs nutrition focused physical exam to further evaluate risk of malnutrition as indicated. Develops a nutrition diagnosis as appropriate and consistent with the Nutrition Care Process. Creates and implements a nutrition intervention and care plan for all patients with a nutrition diagnosis. Continuously evaluates and monitors the effectiveness and outcomes of medical nutrition therapy intervention. Provides nutrition education to patients, family, and/or members of the healthcare team on recommended nutrition intervention(s) to accomplish nutrition goals; which may include, but is not limited to any of the following topics: specialized diet, enteral/oral medical nutrition supplements, food selections, eating behaviors, and community nutrition resources. Manages the delivery of nutrition care services according to the site of care assigned. Participates in performance improvement and research activities. Mentors dietetic interns/diet technicians. Actively assess, evaluates and maintains professional development and competencies outlined in the position description.

- Develops, implements, and promotes quality services based on client expectation and needs:
* Collaborates with patient and/or family member, and healthcare team to assess nutrition and education needs of patients.

- Provide medical nutrition therapy according to system policy and A.N.D. Nutrition Care Process practice standards:

* Responsible for nutrition screen, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring/evaluation of identified at risk patients.
* Apply psycho-social, age appropriate, evidence-based nutrition care.
* Document all patient encounters in the health care record in accordance with hospital and department policies and procedures.
* Identify, monitor, and evaluate enteral nutrition support regimens. Manage enteral nutrition support under the supervision of medical staff.
* Develop and implements transitional feeding plans.
* Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams to evaluate malnutrition severity as appropriate.
* Assess patient's learning needs, barriers to learning, preferred learning styles and educational level and provides nutrition education accordingly.
* Utilizes community resources through the continuum of care to foster positive patient outcomes.
- Locates, reviews, and utilizes best practice research findings for their application in optimally managing a disease or condition and improving patient outcomes:
* Bases clinical practice on sound scientific principles, current research and theory.
* Shares and reports research and patient outcomes utilizing various media.
* Demonstrates knowledge related to clinical practice.
* Communicates sound scientific principles, research, and theory to health care team members and dietetic interns in optimally managing patients' care.
* Shares knowledge and expertise with dietetic interns, patients, family members and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a major in nutrition / dietetics. Completion of a supervised practice didactic program accredited by the Accreditation Counsel for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Required Minimum Certification:
Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist (RD, RDN) through the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR) within 6 months of hire. Licensed Dietitian (LD) through Georgia licensing board obtained within 6 months of hire. AHA-BLS preferred.
Required Minimum Experience:
One to two years clinical experience highly preferred. Experience with electronic medical record charting systems and other software relative to foodservice systems required.

Job Summary
The role of the Case Worker is to mitigate the impact of chronic 911 callers and to better protect our most vulnerable residents. The Case Worker facilitates access to social services and non-emergency medical services for vulnerable adults and families in crisis encountered by 911 responders within the Fire Department.Distinguishing Characteristics: The Case Worker is a full-time civilian position working within the Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program reporting to a Chief Officer. This position works in conjunction with Regional Crisis Response Agency Crisis Responders and other community partners. The Case Worker visits clients as part of a team with an Emergency Medical Technician.
The Case Worker I is an entry-level level position within the Case Worker job series. This classification is reserved for those with an associate license and/or master's degree. An employee in the Case Worker I classification will move to the Case Worker II classification when they are able to demonstrate that they have an independent clinical practice license from the Washington State Department of Health.

- Works with City personnel who encounter and refer vulnerable individuals in need of assistance in their care, safety, mental or physical health issues.
- Keeps timely and organized progress notes on individuals enrolled for services.
- Uses clinical experience and expertise to inform evaluation, case management, coaching, and advocacy decisions with clients referred to MIH.
- Monitors and finds solutions for callers who are deemed "high users" of the 911 system.
- Provides proactive leadership to foster understanding and teamwork in the area of community response.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, human development, or other related field or Associate's license as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist as defined by WAC 246-809.
- Experience: 1 year of paid experience in a health care setting, including public health or behavioral health.
- Or: In place of the above requirements, the incumbent may possess any combination of relevant education and experience which would demonstrate the individual's knowledge, skill, and ability to proficiently perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver's license with 30 days of hire, and ability to remain insurable under the City's insurance to operate motor vehicles.
- Experience working with public safety entities preferred.

Must be physically capable of effectively using and operating various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to, a personal computer, tablet computer, calculator, copier, scanner and fax machine. Must be able to safely operate a city vehicle.
Must be physically capable of lifting, walking, moving, carrying, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, pushing, and pulling. Will navigate rugged terrains and unsanitary public places, homes, and shelters. Ability to carry, don, and doff personal and safety equipment during community response, including N95 mask and eye protection.
Work involves contact with individuals and clients who may be experiencing housing insecurity. The incumbent may be exposed to repeated emotionally disturbing situations, high-stress dynamic situations, hostile and/or aggressive behaviors, which could present a personal risk of harm. Work may require visits to jails and out-of-town locations, emergency rooms, and other medical facilities. May include exposure to bloodborne pathogens or other potentially infectious material (OPIM).
This position encounters foot hazards as defined by the WAC, which may include any of the following: falling objects, rolling objects, piercing/cutting injuries, or electrical hazards.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations. Leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met. Staffs, trains and develops leadership team to deliver the desired sales and profit results, while maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. Recruits, trains and develops Associates. General Operating Requirements:
β’ Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
β’ Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
β’ Addresses any variance to Company standards with appropriate action plan, partnering with the District Manager as needed.

About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service to Ariat retailers, sales representatives, internal and external customers. You will support and communicate with sales representatives, retailers and internal customers by completing various tasks such as supporting retail accounts, order entry and order book management, maintenance, tracking and having a depth knowledge of product and order statuses. - Administer Safety Programs: Administer GTA's Agency Safety Plan. Lead the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of safety risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion processes in accordance with FTA's PTASP and SMS requirements. Encourage employees to proactively support and report safety concerns through established safety reporting channels. Document safety concerns observed directly or reported by employees or the public. Develop resources and training materials for employees such as videos, instruction guides, booklets, informational graphics, and FAQ sheets on matters related to safety. In collaboration with the Transit Training & Onboarding Manager, support and facilitate training for all maintenance divisions safety-related policies and procedures, including Hazard Communications, Hazardous Energy Control (Lock Out/Tag Out), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), OSHA industrial hygiene, and other workplace safety standards.Educate staff on proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials and monitor compliance. In collaboration with the Fleet Manager, ensure adherence to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan as required by the Department of Environmental Services (DES). Review bus stop locations for safety and accessibility in collaboration with the Transit Projects Coordinator and provide final approval for new installations or relocations. Submit all NTD safety and security reports for fixed-route and paratransit operations and provide safety statistics for NTD and SMTF reporting. Implement and monitor the performance of Greenlink's video-based Driver Behavior Modification System and assist division managers and supervisors with use and troubleshooting as needed. Oversee safety-related budget items, including capital requests and track related expenses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety best practices, current industry trends, federal regulations related to safety and transit operations, ADA regulations, FTA safety and security requirements, OSHA industrial hygiene standards, and transit-related environmental health and safety requirements through active monitoring of industry resources, industry-specific memberships and organizations, networking, and participation in professional development opportunities.
- Support Risk Management Initiatives: Promote the reduction or elimination of occupational accidents, injuries, and financial losses by advising management on safety operational requirements to meet regulatory compliance and reduce accidents and losses. Monitor actions taken by each division in response to reports of hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, review and make recommendations, and take appropriate action to mitigate safety, health, and environmental risks. Conduct statistical and trend analyses of safety performance, security activities, and other safety events and prepare written monthly reports for senior management. Stay current on proposed legislation affecting public transit safety and security. Coordinate safety compliance reviews and inspections conducted by external agencies. Act as a liaison between transit operations, City Risk Management, and the Health Clinic Administrator to facilitate the investigation and resolution of accidents, injuries, reported safety concerns, and other safety-related events. Consult with the Health Clinic Administrator and Risk Management regarding employee injuries, workplace hazards, exposures, investigations, and mitigation strategies. Work closely with the Risk Management division to upload and provide required video footage, documentation, and supporting materials for insurance-related events, claims, and investigations. Maintains detailed records of incident or accident reports, video submissions, and correspondence with risk management personnel. Collaborate with division managers and supervisors to ensure complete and accurate documentation of reported safety issues or concerns as needed. Assist supervisors and management in the preparation of documentation for insurance claims, legal inquiries, and regulatory audits as needed. Serve as designated liaison with the City's Legal Department for coordinating documents to fulfill Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
- Conduct Safety Inspections and Investigations: Ensure safety compliance at all work sites through frequent visits and make corrective action decisions to improve worker and workplace safety. Maintain a quarterly inspection schedule for the fleet maintenance facility, fleet yard, Greenlink Terminal, and revenue service vehicles. Perform safety audits, inspections, and testing related to fire safety, safety certifications, and transit operations across GTA facilities, fleet vehicles, equipment, and safety devices. Review standard operating procedures and policies related to safety annually and make approved revisions. Ensure adherence to safety procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations and verify that emergency equipment in revenue vehicles is in good condition and fully stocked. Conduct regular, informal site reviews and inspections of all employee work sites to ensure safety compliance, including the GTA Operations & Maintenance Facility, Greenlink Terminal, bus stops, and GTA vehicles. In collaboration with the Deputy Director, develop and implement inspection forms for GTA-owned property such as facilities, bus stops, parking lots, and recreational spaces for employees, customers, and the affected community. Document inspections, including identified deficiencies, compliance information, and recommended corrective. Provide summaries of inspection activities to the appropriate division manager or staff with any recommendations for corrective actions or improvements in a timely manner. Work closely with division managers to provide guidance on safety and compliance matters as needed. Respond to the scene of all critical accidents and incidents and conduct investigations of departmental events, including site response, photography, sketches, notes, and post-accident interviews. Investigate departmental safety concerns and monitor compliance with accident and incident reporting procedures, ensuring all required documentation is completed and processed. Manage the Accident Review Committee and provide recommendations regarding accident and incident preventability. Review available video and documentation related to accidents and incidents and conduct investigations related to workers' compensation claims in coordination with the City's Risk Manager and Health Clinic Administrator.
- Ensure Compliance with Drug & Alcohol Program and DOT Physical Requirements: Serve as the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager (DAPM) and oversee all DOT/FTA drug and alcohol testing processes in accordance with City and federal requirements. In collaboration with the Training & Onboarding Manager, train new employees on drug and alcohol testing requirements as outlined in City and GTA Substance Abuse policies. With the assistance of division supervisors, coordinate all required testing. Maintain accurate records of all testing, compliance activities, and reporting requirements. Support internal and external audits involving drug and alcohol compliance by providing accurate records and required documentation. Collaborate with the Employee Health Center to schedule, coordinate, and track Greenlink drug and alcohol testing and annual physicals for affected employees. Ensure that all required drug, alcohol, and physical screenings are completed in accordance with City and Federal policies and support the safety performance goals of the organization. With the assistance of division supervisors, ensures all employees receive communication regarding upcoming DOT physicals, including appointment scheduling, required documentation, and follow-up actions. Monitors compliance with ongoing health and safety requirements, and provides timely updates to management regarding the status of employee health screenings and certifications. Collaborate with Human Resources to provide information on DOT reportable accident history for former employees when required. Submit annual Drug and Alcohol Management Information System (DAMIS) reports for FTA.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, risk management, environmental health, or a related field that provides the skills and abilities to meet the requirements of the position.
- Documented work experience may be substituted on a two (2) for one (1) basis.
- Over four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in transit safety, safety inspections, safety training, or operations.
- Must have or obtain OSHA 30-Hour certification within one (1) year of hire.

As a Senior Payroll Analyst for ZEGNA, you will be a critical member of the HR team, overseeing payroll administration, maintaining employee time records, and supporting the employee lifecycle.

Job Summary
The program assistant supports and assists with programs, facilities, services, and events within Parks and Community Services (PCS) and serves as a primary customer service agent.
This assignment is for a seasonal, ongoing, non-benefited on-call program assistant, to support year-round community building events including Lunar New Year, Dia de Los Muertos, Outdoor Summer Movie Series, Celebrate Kirkland July 4th Parade, Harvest Festival, and many other events hosted by PCS, plus the LED screen rental program. This position is anticipated to begin in February and be ongoing with hours varying, usually 15- 40 hours per week depending on need and is not to exceed 1040 hours per year. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts primarily for events. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.

SUMMARY:

This seasonal position is anticipated to begin in April and last through July or August, with up to 40 hours of work per week during that time. Most work will be done Monday-Friday at Kirkland City Hall, with occasional weekend or evening shifts. The on-call program assistant must be available to work July 4 and the days immediately preceding and following the holiday.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the capacity to prioritize tasks and work on a variety of projects with competing deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to be adaptable to new situations, ideas, and challenges and must be able to take initiative and work proactively.
