Responsibilities:- Demonstrate and uphold the company values of integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation.
- Provide overall accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Team performance within the department, reporting on KPIs daily, monthly, and quarterly
- Lead and optimize daily operations across trimming, curing, and flower packaging.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve departmental processes and SOPs
- Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Leads to ensure production schedules, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation optimization and variance reduction initiatives.
- Ensure production plans are achieved OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) by aligning staffing, resources, and workflows.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of plant diseases, pests, contaminants, and quality control standards.
- Identify and escalate abnormalities (seeds, mold, pests, etc.) to the Operations Director and Supply Chain team.
- Monitor and control departmental output quality, reporting performance and improvement plans to the Operations Director.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and corrective actions to support team development and consistency.
- Mentor and develop Supervisors and Leads; support onboarding and training of new leaders
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and state regulatory requirements
- Oversee accurate documentation of production data within internal systems and state compliance platforms.
- Manage all material movements, weights, and transactions associated with trimming and curing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Review processing supply levels and coordinate replenishment with Warehouse and Inventory teams.

- ??1β2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred.
- ?Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; 3β5 years of management experience preferred.
- ?Demonstrated progressive leadership experience with increasing scope of responsibility.

The Fulfillment Inventory Technician (Vault Tech) will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for the drivers and deliveries as well as intake for finished products in the grow/processing facility.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Perform counts and Quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
- File claims when defective products are discovered
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed
- Pick / Pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities per order
- Working in a team setting

We are looking for an Environment Controls Lead who will report to the Environmental Controls Manager. With the guidance from the Environmental Controls Manager, lead other department associates and perform routine and preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning and repair to HVAC and Agriculture Control Systems. Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing problems. Provides and tracks documentation of system equipment and environmental conditions. Responds to emergency service needs in a timely manner. Performs point to point verification on field wiring at times and not limited to troubleshooting, repairs and replacements. Coordinates contractors ensuring minimal operational impacts.

Position Summary

The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion. The team supports client's commerce/shopper/customer marketing teams-our end goal measuring product sales both online and in-store.

Responsibilities
Retail Media Knowledge
o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.
o Seasoned experience with self-service search platforms for both retailer specific (e.g. WMC, Roundel Media Studio, etc.) as well as aggregators (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
o Comfortable and knowledgeable with D2C platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Shopping, etc.)
o Understands individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.
* Account Management & Strategy
o Active participant in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs and defines program objectives and strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives
o Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
o Participates in and guides Senior Associate during campaign buildout inclusive of keywords/targeting. Coaches Senior Associate campaign creation and search strategy to get best plan for client

o Oversees coordination of creative assets between client, creative agencies and partners

o Monitors pacing to ensure delivery is appropriate and aligned to campaign flighting for both managed and self service campaigns
o Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction
o Development, execution and testing across campaign variables that create client specific insight and drive future testing opportunities
o Oversees analysis and reporting of data on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis
* Supports Senior Associate with pulling data from self service platforms as needed

Position Overview
Weβre seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help drive our international supply chain operations as we scale. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, youβll manage the daily complexities of international vendor relationships, container logistics, and buying operations while bringing strategic thinking to optimize costs and improve performance across our supply chain.
Youβll be our supply chain problem-solverβthe person who manages vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and China, coordinates container flow into our warehouse, oversees buying and lead time planning, and holds vendors accountable to their commitments. Youβll lead a team of three (a Supply Chain Analyst, Buyer, and Supply Chain Associate) and work cross-functionally with warehouse operations, finance, and leadership to keep our supply chain running smoothly as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
International Vendor Management & Container Logistics
- Manage vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and Chinaβthese are your vendors to own
- Hold vendors accountable for quality standards, delivery timelines, pricing agreements, and purchase order complianceβthis is non-negotiable
- Manage container flows from overseas vendors through customs clearance to warehouse receiving
- Understand daily warehouse capacity to process containers and optimize inbound flow to manage costs
- Navigate customs documentation, compliance requirements, and freight forwarding coordination
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production schedules with international suppliers
- Keep vendors moving when theyβre delayed or behind on shipping finished products
Buying, Purchasing & Lead Time Management
- Manage the full buying cycle: purchase orders, buying timelines, reorder points, and lead time planning
- Oversee all buying and purchasing activities, aligning orders with inventory targets, budget constraints, and demand forecasts
- Analyze landed cost calculations including product cost, freight, duties, insurance, and handling to optimize total cost of ownership
- Coordinate buying windows and seasonal purchasing cycles across product categories
- Read and interpret forecasting data from Excel sheets and forecasting tools to prioritize buying and shipping decisions
Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels across all channels to prevent stockouts and excess storage costs
- Understand how inventory flows across all locations: on-site warehouse, Amazon FBA/AWD
Walmart, Target, Canada
- Know what we fulfill in-house vs. what goes to other channels and how it all comes together
- Make strategic decisions on where to ship containers before issues arise
- Ensure compliance with marketplace fulfillment requirements
Warehouse Support & Container Flow
- Coordinate container receiving schedules and capacity planning with the warehouse team
- Support warehouse expansion and operations optimization initiatives
- Help manage inbound/outbound shipment flows to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Coordinate between supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure smooth container processing
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Directly supervise three employees: Supply Chain Analyst, Buyer, and Supply Chain Associate
- Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to build a high-performing supply chain team
- Drive continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work across teamsβsupply chain, forecasting, warehouse, sourcing, fulfillmentβto solve problems and keep operations running

Cost Analysis & Optimization

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, or related field
- 5β7 years of experience in supply chain operations, international logistics, or global sourcing
- Proven experience managing container flows from overseas manufacturers
- Background working with vendors in Asia (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey) preferred
- Experience with multi-channel fulfillment operations (Amazon FBA, retail fulfillment) highly valued
- Prior supervisory experience managing direct reports
Supply Chain & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of international supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs, and vendor management
- Advanced Excel skills required: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, complex formulas for data analysis
- Ability to read and interpret forecasting data to prioritize buying and shipping decisions
- Understanding of just-in-time (JIT) fulfillment and e-commerce operations
- Experience with ERP systems (we use SellerCloud, transitioning to NetSuite)
- Knowledge of warehouse capacity planning and container flow management
- Familiarity with customs documentation, compliance requirements, and duty drawback programs
Analytical & Strategic Abilities
- Strong cost analysis skills with ability to identify savings and optimization opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to conduct landed cost analysis and make data-driven shipping decisions
- Strategic thinker who can evaluate alternatives (3PL options, storage solutions, routing strategies)

- Understanding of how inventory flows across multiple fulfillment channels

Role Overview
The Licensing Operations & Product Development Manager is a cross-functional role supporting Iconixβs brand portfolio by overseeing product approvals, licensing operations, compliance processes, and day-to-day execution across licensees.
This role goes beyond traditional product development, combining product and trend oversight with licensing compliance, factory and IP processes, and administrative support to ensure brands operate efficiently, compliantly, and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously, and able to move seamlessly between strategic product discussions and hands-on execution.
Product Development & Brand Compliance
- Review CADs, samples, packaging, and product submissions for adherence to brand guidelines, trademarks, quality standards, and legal requirements
- Oversee product approvals across all stages of development, from initial concept through final production
- Ensure consistent branding and aesthetic execution across categories, licensees, and territories
- Maintain and manage physical product samples; procure additional samples for marketing, PR, seeding, and photoshoots as needed
Licensing Operations & Compliance

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Executive Hospitality
- Provide high-touch administrative assistance to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel logistics and lunch ordering
- Ensure all conference rooms are "meeting-ready" (technology tested and refreshments stocked) before every scheduled session. Act as a core member of the planning committee for the Annual Operations Conference, assisting with logistics, venue coordination, and attendee materials
- Manage relationships with building management and third-party service providers (cleaning crews, plant maintenance, shredding services) to ensure the physical office reflects the firmβs professional standards
- Serve as a coordination point for scheduling meetings with tenants and property vendors; assist the team in tracking and organizing Estoppels during due diligence or reporting cycles
- Serve as a key administrative user for the Visit work order system, pulling requested reports and ensuring data integrity
Vendor & Financial Coordination
- Reconcile monthly office spend (Costco, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.) and submit detailed expense reports to Accounting in a timely manner. Additionally, assist leadership team in coding invoices and expenses for them and their teams
- Periodically review vendor pricing and inventory waste to ensure the office is running as cost-effectively as possible without sacrificing quality
Workplace Experience & Onboarding
- Manage the physical logistics of onboarding, ensuring new team members arrive to a fully equipped workspace with all necessary supplies and "Day 1" essentials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of office events and seasonal functions, managing everything from budget tracking to on-site setup
- Develop and maintain a "Playbook" for office operations, including specific guides for ordering schedules, vendor contacts, and office closing procedures
Office Operations & Kitchen Management
- Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and curated kitchen environment. This includes daily monitoring of inventory levels for snacks, and beverages
- Manage recurring Costco runs (and other online orders) to ensure the office never runs out of essentials, balancing bulk cost-savings with office storage capacity
- Conduct regular "sweeps" of common areasβincluding the kitchen, lounge, and conference roomsβto ensure they remain pristine, clutter-free, and always ready for internal and external meetings at a moment's notice
