The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements, including transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of development issues, particularly in areas such as power, water, fiber-optic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, and permit processes. Prior experience with service level agreements, data center construction, development, and financing is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

* Implementing classroom lesson plans linked to child outcomes, program development, and classroom routines/schedules
* Participating in classroom coaching cycles
* Enhancing social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-specific manipulatives, activities, and language experiences for children
* Supervising and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
* Observing, assessing, and documenting each assigned child's health, skills, behavior, growth, and development

* 1-3 years experience working with children from birth - 5 years/Early Childhood Education
* Experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education program and teaching standards, including code of ethics - NAEYC standards preferred
* Familiar with inquiry-based and project approach learning, as well as PBIS strategies preferred
* Demonstrated understanding of and ability to effectively work with low-income families preferred
* Comfortability with technology including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and /or willingness to learn

Overview

We are seeking a highly talented Associate Designer with strong experience in sexy lingerie/intimates to join a fast-paced, fashion-driven design team. This position supports a fashion-forward, glamour-driven collection that prioritizes elevated fabrics, trim details, flattering silhouettes, and cohesive storytelling across the assortment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years (Sr Analyst Level) & 3+ years (Associate Level) of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on multifamily CRE. Previous experience in real estate equity investment or brokerage strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate investment software
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and presenting complex financial data.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate markets, trends, and investment strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentation
