You'll keep shelves stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, moving products to the sales floor, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $18.50 - $22.00 / hour. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in a safe and timely manner. They will be in charge of loading and unloading goods from vehicles and verifying the quantities of goods received and dispatched. What will I be doing?
A Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing all purchase orders and invoices. Assists in daily receiving of deliveries from vendors and deliveries to kitchens as well as other areas of the hotel. Maintains an accurate inventory with the food and beverage supervisors, assists with keeping up cleanliness and organization of storeroom areas.
- Process deliveries in a timely manner with full attention to detail and abiding by receiving procedures.
- Maintain backstock area and cooler.
- Ensure all refrigerated items are stocked or properly stored/ hold.
- Maintain receiving area in a neat, clean, organized and safe manner.
- Effectively communicate with Team Members regarding receiving and department operations.
- Answer department telephone calls and pages with proper etiquette when time permits.
- Verification of each delivery and variances noted on invoice and to Team Leader.
- Receiving packages for guest and events, track with our in house system.
- Exposure to temperatures: Exposure includes temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), between 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (cooler, freezer, or dock), and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Basic computer skills

Functions- Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- May be required to operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
- Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets. Mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
- Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met. Execute and document quality inspections per standard operating procedures.
- Participate in inventory/cycle count as needed.
- Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
- Communicate and report any incidents.
- May perform housekeeping duties.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Essential Job Functions:
- Unload inventory from incoming vehicles. Inspect inventory for damage. Process and stock inventory.
- Pick correct product and quantities for orders and/or transfers. Load racks and trucks with glass.
- Clean glass, assessing stock for damage. Affix proper labels to glass.
- Timely follow delivery route and time schedules to deliver product and receive returns. Process/record payments and input data into ordering system.
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
- Receive and process return stock.
- Complete logs and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory as directed.
- Interact and assist customers during delivery and at will call.
- Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse, counter area, etc.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards. This position is considered safety sensitive.

Qualifications:
- Pass an MVR check

Position Summary:
The driver/warehouse associate is the backbone of the automotive glass business and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of getting products to our customers. The driver/warehouse associate provides excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders and assisting in will-call pickups. The driver/warehouse associate performs general delivery driver, warehouse duties, and customer assistance as needed.

Oversees and provides guidance to the warehouse crew under direction of warehouse manager/supervisor, maintain warehouse work areas, assists with shipping and receiving functions in a timely manner, observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
- Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
- Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
- Perform daily safety check of the assigned forklift / pallet jack in accordance with company policy.

- Assist warehouse crew with duties in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
- Perform selection, shipping, receiving, forklift put-away/replenishment, returns, auditing and/or other warehouse duties per business need.
- Provide oversight, direction and input on work performed by associates in assigned area.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Provide backup support to warehouse management
