Requirements:
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

A leading GC operating in the QSR sector are expanding their Preconstruction team and seeking an experienced Estimator to support our pipeline of fast-paced, high-quality commercial projects.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and project scopes.
- Youβll play a key role in helping us deliver successful remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up builds across the Western U.S.
- I am especially interested in candidates with fast-food/QSR and retail/convenience store project experience, including work with major brands such as McDonaldβs, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Raising Caneβs.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of remodel, ground-up, and T.I. (tenant improvement) projects.
- Experience with fast-food/QSR and retail/convenience store construction is a strong plus.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings with accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent estimates.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- We are seeking an additional Pediatric Neurologist to join our Pediatric Neurology team. The Pediatric Neurology team includes 1 Pediatric Neurologist, 1 NP, 1 Child Psychiatry NP, and 3 Child Neuropsychologists.
- We are looking for Physicians with a passion for service and collaboration, as well as general Pediatric Neurology
- On-call rotation is predominantly by phone.Β Call rotation negotiable.
- Essentia Health St. Maryβs is a 330-bed regional tertiary hospital.Β This includes a Neuroscience Unit, which houses both the Neuro Trauma unit and Neuro step down unit.Β The inpatient rehabilitation units are at Essentia Health Miller Dwan, a 150-bed hospital.
- The Essentia Health St. Maryβs Childrenβs Hospital at St. Maryβs Medical Center in Duluth, MN boasts many βregionβs onlyβ services, including a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, an 18 bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, CARF accredited Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, and the Eric peter Personβs Childrenβs Cancer Center.
- Polinsky is a new state of the art facility that offers the only full service Pediatric outpatient therapy program north of the Twin Cities including Pediatric-specific PT, OT, Speech and Psychology.
- Pediatric subspecialties offered includes: Hospital Medicine, PICU, Hematology/Oncology, Neonatology, PM&R, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, ER, Ophthalmology and Orthopedics.
- Neurology services and support includes: EEG, Video EEG, Ambulatory EEG, Vagus Nerve Stimulator program, EMG, MRI with compatible movie goggles, Child Life Specialist support and more.
- Our patients and families are well-supported in our community with help from several local foundations and Ronald McDonald House Charities, who in partnership with Essentia health, staff and support an on-site 5 bedroom home for families of patients needing ongoing medical care
