Position responsibilities include:
β Managing assigned matters from inception through closing including drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents for M&A
β Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements as well as compliance programs
β Drafting and negotiating Employment and Independent Contractor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Joint Venture, Management Services Agreements, Medical Director Agreements, and similar transactions
β Preparing documentation for entity formation and equity sharing arrangements
β Advising clients on matters pertaining to relevant State and Federal Regulations and conducting due diligence
β Preparing opinions and consultations
β Corresponding and communicating with clients
Requirements for consideration:

β Strong legal research skills
β Experience with entity formation and corporate documents

Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Personal Injury - Trial Attorney at Payne Law Firm, P.C., located in Houston, TX. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception through trial. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, appearing in court, taking depositions, and representing clients during trials.
