As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.
Pay Rates:
- 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour

A large utilities client is seeking a ROW Abstractor to join their ROW team in Downtown Houston. The Abstractor's main responsibility is to ensure that all land rights are accurate and correct in order to proceed with the design phase of engineering projects. Daily responsibilities include running title documents to ensure accuracy, researching easement documents, researching paths sent via GIS using internal software, and confirm the correct landowners and accurate chain of title to ensure the project scope can be met by engineering. Other responsibilities include - performing title examination and examining the chain of title, abstracting and analyzing records of mortgages, liens, judgement and easement to determine ownership, legal description of property, and completeness of records. Ov average, the Abstractor will work on 30-60 projects per week. This individual must be able to work independently and report to the office 5 days per week.
