Responsibilities
β’ Manage probate and trust administrations from inception through completion
β’ Prepare asset information spreadsheets and all required administration documents
β’ Draft status correspondence to clients and beneficiaries
β’ E-file court documents and deeds
β’ Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and outside advisors
β’ Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and handle follow-ups
β’ Assist with estate and gift tax return preparation
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of Probate and Trust Administration experience
β’ Ability to independently manage administrations from beginning to end
β’ Experience with high-net-worth families and taxable estates preferred
β’ Estate and gift tax return preparation experience strongly preferred
β’ Experience with Litify and Westlaw Firm Builder a plus
β’ Ability to meet a 1,500 annual billable requirement
