Quad, located in Westampton, NJ is looking for a full time Recycling Technician. In this role, you will ensure the effective operation and processing of recycling materials through use of shredding/baling and trim baling systems. This is done through staging and grading of recyclables, system start-up/shut-down/operation and processing of paper, plastic and metal graded materials. Pay range is $16.15-$22.60, Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, load and unload materials through lifting and/or Power Industrial Vehicles
Operate recycling machinery to effectively process materials
Sort and assign appropriate recycling grade to materials
Create and maintain all records for outbound shipment in appropriate systems and/or hardcopies
Identify and resolve general maintenance items and escalate as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery
Actively participate and follow all Safety and Lean regulations, policies and initiatives. Including performing daily maintenance inspections as required and report any issues of concern to the appropriate leader
All other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Quad Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification (Forklift, Clamp Truck, Tugger) as necessary for the area/plant needs.

Ability to operate necessary recycling equipment

The primary duty of the Renewal Account Executive is to retain existing agent and broker groups through exceptional service in order to promote health care sales and market UnitedHealth Care products. The Renewal Account Executive focuses on the small business market segment, those customers employing up to 50 employees.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops business relationships with agents and / or brokers in order to renew existing accounts
- Independently decides which brokers to focus on and which products to recommend

Our client, an apparel and home company, is looking for a Graphic/Packaging Designer to join their hard home team in NJ!
Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling packaging concepts, branding elements, and in-box graphics for hard home goods and pet accessories, ensuring alignment with brand identity and retail requirements.
- Develop print-ready artwork, dielines, and mechanical files; collaborate with vendors and production partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Create product graphics, labels, instruction manuals, and marketing collateral that clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage.
- Partner cross-functionally with product development, sourcing, compliance, and sales teams to balance creative vision with cost, material constraints, and retail specifications.
- Review proofs, conduct press checks when needed, and troubleshoot pre-production or packaging challenges to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in packaging and graphic design, preferably within hard goods, home, or pet categories.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); strong understanding of print production and packaging dielines.
- Knowledge of materials, substrates, printing techniques, and regulatory labeling requirements for consumer goods.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW :
Provide end-to-end architectural leadership for a highly complex, Service Cloud implementation built on an existing multi-cloud Salesforce footprint (Sales, Service).
· Define the target-state architecture, integration patterns, data models, sharing models, and governance frameworks required for scalable community/portal solutions.
· Lead solution design workshops, validate business requirements, create architectural roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security policies.
· Oversee technical delivery, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure solution integrity across Experience Cloud, Lightning, Apex, and external systems.
Experience Requirement
· 10+ years Salesforce solution architecture experience; 5+ years specific to Experience Cloud or complex portal architectures.
Certification Requirement
· Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (required).
· Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
