ForeFront Radiology (FFR) is a rapidly growing full-service radiology group that provides professional services for Saint Agnes Medical Center, a 436-bed community hospital, in Fresno/Clovis, California, as well as several outpatient centers and interventional radiology facilities. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain the KeyPleaz platform. KeyPleaz began in 2019 and is in production today. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can own features end-to-end, contribute across the stack, and help guide technical decisions as the platform grows.

You will work closely with product, operations, and leadership to deliver stable, scalable solutions used daily by customers and partners.

Responsibilities

●     Design, build, and maintain core platform features

●     Develop and support backend services using .NET

●     Contribute to web and mobile applications built with React

●     Build and consume APIs and integrate third-party services

●     Work with relational databases and ensure data integrity

●     Improve reliability, performance, and security across systems

●     Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions

●     Mentor and support other engineers as the team grows

●     Evaluate and apply AI tools (i.e. agentics, vibe coding - code generation, testing, monitoring, analytics) to improve development velocity, system reliability, and engineering effectiveness

 

Qualifications


●     7+ years of professional software engineering experience

●     Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET backend development

●     Working knowledge of React or modern JavaScript frameworks

●     Experience designing and consuming APIs

●     Solid understanding of relational databases

●     Experience working in cloud environments

●     Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools and emerging AI services, with the ability to assess practical use cases and integrate them responsibly into production workflows

●     High ownership, sound judgment, and clear communication

●     Experience with mobile applications

●     Payments or third-party integrations

●     Startup or small-team experience

●     Comfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Shift: Night Shift, 12-Hour


 


The ICU RN provides direct, high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to monitor hemodynamics, respond to changes in condition, and implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team, guides patient and family education, and ensures ICU standards of care, patient safety, and confidentiality are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct ICU patient care and monitor condition.
  • Apply the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
  • Respond to changes in vital signs, hemodynamics, and patient condition.
  • Communicate with physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and maintain ICU standards.
  • Maintain documentation, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


 


1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
