Position: MidMarket/Enterprise Account Executive

Location: 5 days onsite in SF

Compensation: $115K to $140K base + 50/50 split + Equity


I’m partnering with a high-growth early-stage fintech company building an AI-driven platform that automates finance operations for businesses, specifically focused on modernizing how companies manage and reconcile revenue and financial workflows.


They operate at the intersection of payments infrastructure and accounting automation and are expanding their San Francisco sales team with a few new Account Executives. This is a true hunter role focused on building pipeline and winning new logos.


Core Experience Requirements

β€’ 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

β€’ Strong new business / hunting background (90%+ net new focus)

β€’ Experience carrying $750K+ ARR quota

β€’ Proven success selling $30K–$150K ARR deals (larger deals a plus)

β€’ Experience selling to Finance, Accounting, Operations, or RevOps leaders


Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly relevant:

β€’ Financial workflow automation

β€’ ERP-adjacent software (NetSuite ecosystem a plus)

β€’ Fintech infrastructure or payment-related platforms

β€’ Vertical SaaS selling into operational or finance teams


We’re specifically looking for individuals who:

β€’ Self-source a meaningful portion of their pipeline (30–60%+ outbound)

β€’ Are comfortable prospecting into CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership

β€’ Can articulate a structured outbound motion (accounts β†’ personas β†’ messaging)

β€’ Thrive in early-stage environments without heavy enablement or established playbooks

β€’ View ambiguity as an opportunity and are excited to help build GTM motion

β€’ Have experience with value-based selling, business cases, and ROI-driven conversations


Nice-to-Have Background

β€’ Experience at Series A–B startups or early GTM teams

β€’ Demonstrated career progression and performance consistency

β€’ Domain exposure to financial operations, ERP ecosystems, or finance automation

I’m working closely with a high growth AI platform in the productivity and collaboration space that’s becoming increasingly strategic for modern teams. The company has crossed $600M in ARR, carries a $11B+ valuation, and is relied on daily by organizations like Amazon, Uber, Snowflake, Plaid, and Figma.



As they enter their next phase of growth, they are selectively expanding their Sales team and bringing on high caliber Account Executives to play a visible role in driving this next chapter of scale.

What you’ll do:


  • Be creative and iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Drive executive level relationships
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Liaise with our incredible user base to provide world class customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, solution engineer, deal-desk, ops, legal)

  • 3-5 years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
