Essential Functions:
- Supply and administer medication pursuant to physician order and record dosage administered in the medical record.
- Conduct an actual sight and count inventory of the medication supply daily.
- Maintain absolute accuracy in daily accounting of medication that is supplied or administered in inventory.
- Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of a cashier position.
- Ensure disposal of medical waste through the proper protocol.
- Observe the patient's demeanor prior to dosing.
- Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed.
- Administer appropriate lab tests as required including patient vital signs, TB tests when required, and collects data for review by the Medical Director or RN.
- Schedule and screen patients to be seen by the Medical Director.
- Assist the Medical Director in collecting data for the history and physical as required.
- Maintain absolute control, tracking, and confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.
- Actively participate in CARF preparation and state audit process.
- Interface with the public and patients by answering phones, greeting visitors, and monitoring patient activities while on center premises.

Essential Qualifications:

Essential Functions
- Overseas and facilitates the Skilled Trades training initiatives and ensures quality training is conducted within their designated trade expertise.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to training facility and integrates information into training programs.

Job Summary:
Reporting to a supervisor/manager or higher, the Technician 2- Microbiology associate will:
- Execute a variety of laboratory tasks related to microbiological testing of pharmaceutical products
- raw materials, and medical devices.
- Perform microbiological testing in a BioSafety Level-2 laboratory under GLP conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine USP, ASTM, ISO, and CLSI based microbiological testing for anti-infective, antiseptic, or disinfectant efficacy (i.e., time-kill assay, MIC/MBC, sterility testing, microbial limits, bioburden).
- Execute testing following standard operating procedures in a BioSafety Level-2 Laboratory

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, quality, and cost savings, providing regular updates to the Director of Quality Manufacturing.
- Support the implementation of automation and technology solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Ensure all continuous improvement activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, supporting Stellar Energy’s sustainability goals.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or a quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving methodologies such as 5Y2H, A3, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Experience leading Kaizen events and developing project charters for process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and experience supporting or managing QMS processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, or Excel) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.
