Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 1 Year commercial driving•
Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card

The position of Bilingual TECP Supervisor is a unique opportunity to support Spanish- and English-speaking Teacher/Home Visitors in providing developmentally appropriate and therapeutic early childhood classroom experiences as well as family support.
The Bilingual Early Childhood Program Supervisor provides leadership and reflective supervision to Spanish- and English-speaking Teacher/Home Visitors in Relief Nursery’s Therapeutic Early Childhood Program (TECP). *Responsibilities*
_Program & Staff Supervision_
* Provide leadership and reflective supervision to Teacher/Home Visitors, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and accountability.
* Support staff in integrating child and family goals, curriculum, classroom environment, routines, assessments, and family systems into daily practice.
* Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and maintain required documentation for early childhood program staff in collaboration with core program leadership.
* Conduct regular supervision, including one-on-one, group supervision, daily debriefs and informal check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
* Provide consultation and support related to ethics, boundaries, self-care, crisis response, communication, and time management.
* Support mandated reporting and ensure compliance with Oregon Child Abuse Reporting laws and Relief Nursery policies.
_Therapeutic Classroom & Home Visiting Oversight_
* Ensure consistent implementation of the therapeutic early childhood and home visiting model, including developmentally appropriate practices, therapeutic. interactions, classroom ratios and safety, home visiting focused on attachment, parenting support, and child well-being.
* Support staff in addressing barriers, strengthening protective factors, and enhancing family problem-solving skills.
* Participate in classroom and home visit oversight as needed, including temporarily covering direct service program roles to ensure continuity of services.
* Coordinate with the Volunteer Coordinator regarding the scheduling, supervision, and support of volunteers and interns.
_Site & Regulatory Oversight_
* Maintain a regular on-site presence during program hours and attend occasional evening or weekend events as required.
* Monitor site compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements (e.g., Office of Child Care, Fire Marshal, environmental health).
* Communicate site-related concerns promptly to the Deputy Director
* Provide leadership in addressing site-level issues as they arise.
* Site assignments may vary based on program needs.
_Support Services Oversight_
* Provide oversight and supervision, as assigned, for support systems including transportation, childcare, clothing closet, and kitchen operations.
* Ensure support systems are functioning effectively and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
* Supervise relevant staff to ensure job duties are completed according to program protocols and standards.
* Provide support for weekly food pantry operations as needed.
_Collaboration, Leadership & Professional Responsibilities_
* Collaborate with internal programs to ensure coordinated, integrated services for children and families.
* Coordinate with external agencies to support family access and barrier removal.
* Plan and facilitate staff meetings and trainings in collaboration with program leadership.
* Participate in program policy and procedure development.
* Engage in ongoing professional development, completing at least 24 hours of approved training annually.
* Represent Relief Nursery at community meetings, tours, trainings, and public events.
* Participate in reflective supervision and leadership team activities.
* Support organizational growth, change initiatives, and new program development.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
CLINIC OPERATIONS:
- Manages the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Partners with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
- Collaborates with or functions as the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program.
- Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and complies with all data collections and auditing activities.
- Accountable for completion of the Annual Standing Order Review and Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding.
- Manages clinic financials including efficient utilization of supplies or equipment and regular profits and loss review.
- Responsible for all required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.
PATIENT CARE:
- Coordinates all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patient.
- Ensure education of the patient regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care.
- Acts as a resource for the patient and family to address concerns and questions.
- Accountable for timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
- Manages timely patient schedules to ensure facility efficiency and develops action plans for missed treatments.
- Plans, coordinates, and validates patient eligibility for treatment.
- Reports changes in patient status regarding any clinical, insurance, or travel and transportation issues.
STAFF:
- Participates in the selection and hiring of new team members and ensures completion of new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings.
- Responsible for all patient care employees completing appropriate training courses and that licensures/certifications are current.
- Provides support for all clinical staff members at regular intervals and encourages professional growth.
- Maintains current knowledge regarding company benefits, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Completes employee evaluations and establishes annual goals.
- Documents any disciplinary actions and confers with the clinic Director of Operations and Human Resources when needed.
- Manages staff scheduling and payroll.
PHYSICIANS:
- Facilitates the application process for physician privileges and compliance with Fresenius Medical Care Medical Staff By-Laws.
- Responsible for strong physician relationships and ensures regular and effective communication.
- Participates in Governing Body, an interdisciplinary team for each region including MSWs, Dietitians, MDs, DOs etc. that governs policies.
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current appropriate state licensure.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Required:
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
- Preferred but not required:
- 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience.
- Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Day-to-day work includes desk and personal computer work and interaction with patients, facility staff, and physicians
- Position may require travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community and/or travel to regional, business unit, and corporate meetings may be required.
- The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels.
- May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
