Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager plays a central leadership role on the Buccan team, supporting all aspects of FOH operations, team development, scheduling, and guest experience. At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Back Up Scan Coordinator requires a significant level of accuracy and responsibility to maintain the overall price integrity in their assigned store. What will you do?
- Train and supervise catering associates and observe job performance.

What will you do?
- Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes
- Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
- Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items
- Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen

What will you do?
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
- Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate-counseling sessions including verbal and written corrective action reports.
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
- Lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties.
- Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
- Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

More about you
- One year front of house supervisor experience required.
- Superior organization and guest service abilities required.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.
- Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.
- Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled staff.
- Perform some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.

- Experience working in the service industry/hotels is a plus.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsible for handling all aspects of a clinic/hospital wide activity such as phone usage, appointments, data entry of charts and lab and x-ray with patient transport ans assistance as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and instrumentation per clinic and OSHA policies.
Prepare exam rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
Performs POCT Procedures as trained and instructed.
Order medical supplies per clinical standards.
Document all incidents according to mandated rules and regulations and properly dispose of contaminated and disposable items.
Ensure all patient information is scanned appropriately and the medical record is complete with all reports (signed by physician), etc prior to patient visit.
Demonstrates competence to perform assigned patient care responsibilities in a manner that meets the age specific and developmental needs of patients served by the department.
Appropriately adapts assigned assessment, treatment, and/or service methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, age specific, and other developmental needs of each patient served.
Follows/uses AIDET guidelines at all times.

Maintains HIPAA Compliance Standards at all times.
Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to filing, faxing, copying, setting appointments, insurance verification, and making phone calls.
